I like there stuff and usually go to a different location, but the last few mornings went to this location(off steptoe) and staff seems stuck up and un friendly. Maybe morning shift is not for them. I think I'll just go the the keen Rd location from now on. They seem friendlier.

2 gals waited on my husband and my mother.. very snobby not friendly at all, didn't say thank you or your welcome.. had us pull forward to wait for our 2 drinks we were the only vehicle in line.. we got our 2 drinks and one muffin top same girl that took our order was very snobby and didn't say your welcome or nothing.. husbands drink was not well blended at all my mom drink was leaking, neither drink tasted good.What happened to nice/good customer service? Won't be going back

Every year on my birthday I go get my free drink from here and I USUALLY get really great service. Today is my birthday and I went to get my drink and the lady who served me was so incredibly rude to me and didn't give me light ice on my drink either. I was just really disappointed because I look forward to it every year because they're usually really nice and give me a great drink. I'm not sure what her name was.

This location is so close to my home it's so convenient! Love wake up call, this location always has a fast line, and the staff are always very friendly. Although, they seem to mess up my drink 6/10 times. it's upsetting to pay for a not so cheap drink just to drive away with it not being up to par. it's not always convenient to go through twice or to find another location to get a replacement. just slow down and make sure all the ingredients are making their way into the cup.

I was actually really disappointed. Drink tasted really watered down for being freshly made and they gave me a cake pop that was expired and tasted like old fridge (if you know you know).

We normally go to a different location, and normally have a really good experience, but the staff at this location was extremely rude, there was as far as the sizes of the drinks, we just got a different size than we asked for which is fine but the girl ran our card twice and seemed very upset that we said something about the drink size.. we will just go to the other locations from now on. Good coffee though!

Wake Up Call would lose points for the idiotic logo considering rotary phones are a mystery to half the planet, but I'm going to overlook it considering they're not selling graphic art. The young lady with the fish hook necklace was accommodating and quite lovely. Give her a raise. The London Fog and White Coffee were both on point.
