Got a sandwich from them and it got put in sideways so it leaked all over the bag is was in and ripped the bottom. Sandwich was soggy, didn't eat it. Reached out to them and never heard back /:

I usually have no problem when I go here but I asked for a pizza bagel and they didn’t tell me that it was a different brand than usual. This one had slices of meat in it (which I can’t eat) and the employee didn’t give me any cream cheese when I asked for it. I would’ve liked to know that it was a different one before I paid $6 for a bagel.

Ordered a quad this morning and like someone else mentioned, it seems the baristas have not been trained how to properly use the equipment. The coffee was bitter and tasted burnt. In addition to subpar service, the long wait time for a single drink makes this place difficult to recommend.

Great coffee. Terrible efficiency. I ordered 25 minutes early on Uber Eats, got there, and waited another 15 minutes for.... 4 drinks. Two were medium. Four drinks is not worth a 40 minute prep time; came by today and they said to come inside for Uber Eats, I can't, two kids, just let me pick it up @ pickup.

Came here to get some work done and was not disappointed. The baristas were lovely and helped us out with the menu. Our drinks came out quickly and were fantastic. The environment is calming, and the seating area was clean. We will definitely be back!
