Watching part of my order being given to another customer for free was odd then they proceeded to make that customers order they paid for again while passing off that customers original order as mine and thought I wouldn’t notice because mine was a to go order. They knew what they were doing and did it anyway. I didn’t notice until I got home and realized what happened. Drove back after closing because the phone shuts off when they close. I could tell they knew what they did and they still did it anyway. I got a refund and left the wrong order on the counter as I wasn’t asking for anything for free. Integrity costs nothing and the lack of it at this location was deplorable. They were hurrying to close, hurrying to take the orders, hurrying to make the orders, and hurrying to deal with the mistakes they made… if your going to do something, actually be engaged and present when your doing it no matter what that job is or go find something you enjoy doing enough to actually ‘be there’ I have a business and would have never treated anyone like that.

Not happy with the food here lately, have been coming here for a long time, and lately the food has been really disappointing. Why pay such high prices for pizza that isn't any better than the cheaper pizza options?

One of the worst visits to round table pizza, our food tasted horrible, was dry, and in appearance was just unsatisfying.Called to try to get it rectified only to be further disappointed. Really unfortunate.

They had very poor service. The waitresses brought out our pizza and when I asked for plates she pointed to a pile of plates on a rack and said “there over there”This is not a restaurant. No one is going to ask is you need another drink you have to get up and order them each time.
