Permanently closed and will be torn down. Now the only 24 hour restaurant in Richland is Denny's. Or try the Kennewick location if you dare...house of the worst & rudest customer service ever...unless you count the Walla Walla location!

They always have the biggest selections of pie...strawberry-rhubarb is my favorite

We went to Shari's specifically for their Belgian waffles. I ordered off of the menu the Belgian waffle combo and was informed that they no longer offered my delicious waffle goodness even though it was still on the menu. However, Kelly, our server in Richland, was very attentative, friendly, and prompt. I have mixed feelings about our visit.

Strawberry rhubarb, good, husband had sugar free marionberry, son had apple, grands had stores, good and rich

Nice, easy to access. Had pancakes with eggs and sausages. The sausages were great and coffee was good.

While visiting in Richland we ate at Shari's on George Washington Way. I can count on these restaurants to have good food and service. This one was no exception. Despite Covid 19 restrictions, they went out of their way to make our dinner pleasant.

Food was ok. Service not so much.

Great dining experience. Our service was excellent.
We ordered pickup and decided to eat in our cars. I had a salad, like a cob salad..it was so good and my cousin hamburger and we both had a piece of pie. The service was excellent and people are do nice. There isn't a better place to buy pie and the salad was awesome

Do not know if it's management, but the cooks there are not good. For instance the cook on duty tonight 10/16 couldn't cook a medium rare hamburger to save his life! It's a simplest thing in the world to cook, a teenager can can make that happen. It seems as though all the good management/cooks/wait staff have left the building. It's a shame because in my opinion this Shari's was the best in Tri Cities.

Eggs benedict with stuffed hash browns. That's really the only thing you need!

Sharis is one the few place I eat regularly. The staff is very friendly, food has great quality and they offer a wide range of options. You can order online to pickup or have it delivered. I very strongly recommend here.
