Some Bagels & Gelato

My family and I ordered 3 turkey bacon avocado bagels. Mine was not good at all! It had weird taste. It was the avocado! It smelled so bad and sour taste! And bacon wasnt cooked all the way. I felt so sick. Worse stomach pains! It happened earlier this morning. I still don't feel well. My brother went talked to the boss. My brother was polite. They did give back his money, but the old guy was so rude and acting violent. We just wanted them to know so others wouldn't end up sick. We came here often. But never again! I did report them to health department. Please beware of your food if you go. Check it!! Never experienced this ever!! Do better! Don't have to be rude! I feel sorry for ladies that work there. They were so polite but the owner absolutely not!!!

I had never been to the uptown before, so my husband took my daughter & I this morning. I grew up in SoCal so I had to try out local bagels. We snagged an onion breakfast bagel with denver style eggs, cheddar cheese, & plain cream cheese; Fantastically amazing. We also got an Iced Caramel Latte, also amazing. Took home some pizza bagels, pumpkin spice, chocolate chip, & blueberry to try. The lady working was also super sweet & helpful. Highly Recommend, & will 100% be back!

I ordered two breakfast bagels and both were done incorrectly. Each were made with the bagel, meat, and egg that were different from what I asked for. Mine ended up being a very bland sandwich of whole wheat bagel, plain eggs, a hint of cheddar cheese and plane cream cheese… no flavor whatsoever.

Their breakfast bagel sandwich is so good. They have so many flavor options for both bagel and cream cheese. My go-to is an everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese, egg and bacon. Delicious. I don’t like their coffee but I’m particular about my coffee and don’t like dark roasts. I gave the atmosphere a 4 star as I have never eaten there, only done takeout.

I am lived here in Richland for years and never went until today. I have been Missing out on the BEST bagels that I have ever had. This is a must do for anyone living in the Tri Cities.EXCELLENT food's and customer service ? ? ? ?.

Visited the bagel shop recently and the food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. Not only was the service poor, but a staff member even told my 1-year-old to hush up, which was very disappointing. Hopefully, the management addresses this issue in the future.
