About half my cinnamon rolls were undercooked and doughy. I've traditionally enjoyed their spudnuts, and last week it wasn't good.. the part that kills me is how gross the carpets and floors are and how run down the place looks. The service was good enough, but I likely won't go back to the Richland location again because of how dingy it was.

The atmosphere is the same as it has always been, but the staff can be less then friendly at times these days. Still a great spot to grab a classic Tri Cities doughnut nonetheless.

Hello! I'm A retired Nuclear Steamfitter/Weldor 32 years in the trade. Spudnuts were the GOAT Doughnuts out in the areas. Something though has changed? They over glase the Doughnuts and they now taste like CRISPY CREAM! YUCK! Tried to call the Richland store but can't get to a real person! SAD SAD DAY!

I love spudnuts and I like to support local businesses however I was disappointed this morning when I bought two maple bars and the frosting slid off when I got home 10 minutes later. It was stacked in a bag and all the frosting slid off when I removed them from bag. Perhaps laying them flat in two bags or a box would be better so customers don’t have a plain donut when they get home.

I tried the maple and cinnamon roll maple and they were just ok. Next time I’ll get the different style as I have always loved the potato based dough but for some reason today wasn’t hitting the way it has before. Staff is friendly and great selection. Feels like an old school diner and love the ambiance. Plenty of seating even on a Saturday.
