Last couple of Frisays, I have gone in and asked for 5-6 dozen donuts and they are quick to get those filled. Love the donuts and so does my crew. Happy little donut shop.

I love a diner vibe. And! I can eat Spudnuts because they are gluten free! Hoorah!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free baby!Kid-friendliness: Great spot for littles. I was there with another mom and our 3 and 5 year old boys. Another man had maybe a 2 year old with him. Seemed like everyone in there knew each other. Awesome vibe.

Breakfast sandwich was delicious. The server was rude and actually rolled her eyes at me when my husband took more than 5 seconds to look at the menu. Sorry to inconvenience you by being a customer….

This was my favorite place and go to for ? . I’ve been coming here for the last 15ish years, whether it was for our family or for coworkers. We got a wild hair to go and get a dozen. I walked in and they were completely out. In the amount of times I’ve gone I’ve NEVER came out empty handed. They used to be semi well stocked with options. I sat in my car offended and in aaaah haha It doesn’t matter if I get there at 6 or 9 a.m. I’ve always gotten a dozen. Staff wasn’t happy or chirpy, everything just seemed off. Idk what’s changed from the last year, but probably won’t be going back. I am aware of pre ordering, but I don’t wake up mid sleep thinking about calling in an order. It’s always been great to randomly mid morning crave donuts and walk in to grab some. Honestly super disappointed….

Donuts are always great, but lacking in customer service. I called to order a few dozen, but the lady that answered the phone sounded annoyed as if I was bothering her by trying to support their local business. Not helpful at all. I had to make a trip to Kennewick for Popular Donuts, I will always try and support small businesses!

Everything was great, I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere cause it was so packed. That is literally a testament to how good the food is. There was a line out the door. I called ahead and got a fairly large order, 5 dozen. They were ready when I got there and the line went quick. Best donuts seriously, and the coffee was great too.

I have been going to Spudnuts for close to 30yrs. Decided to try the new owners food and see how much of the old place is still there. Love the shop, atmosphere and coffee. Great mom and pop style atmosphere. However, the service and breakfast was dismal. We both decided to try the biscuits and gravey with hash browns and eggs. A simple 5 minute breakfast. We heard the cook was heard tell our waitress she probably would have to remind her again what we wanted as there was a lot to remeber.First attempt at making it 10 minutes in and something happened and the cook said crap...and told our waitress she needed to start over. 35 minutes later the cook tells the waitress, take this out and I will try to get the eggs quickly. Mind you it's was just two over easy.Well at 45 mins we both have our "breakfast". Well, the hash browns were just cut up jojos and not hashbrowns, one super tiny buscuit on my plate 3/16" inch thick (yes it was that thin) piled on top of the jojos, then gravey and then my eggs on top of that. The plate was so tiny that food was perched over the sides. My wife's plate was basically the same mess only less food. During our hour long breakfast we were the only people having breakfast as the rest were coffee and spudnuts. Rapid refills of everyone elses coffee while we got one refill.Sadly this was not the Spudnuts I have held support for over the last few decades. Bright spot is the spudnuts themselves are still on point and the place has super delicious coffee (when you can get it), but do not go there expecting good prepared food as a sit down meal. We tipped out waitress and paid our bill and went down to the restaurant down the walk way and had a real breakfast. Cost of meal for two was $24.00 with tax.
