The service here is horrid. A few weeks ago i ordered a pink drink, and it was completely rotten to the point it was chunky, and I had to throw it away. Today at around 6:35 i ordered a cheese Danish and a matcha lavender latte with almond milk, venti, and they handed me it in a Grande. When i notified them of the error, the girl snatched the drink from my hand, and was gossiping on what I assume to be me to her coworker, and handed me a new drink. It was made semi-correctly, but didn't have the almond milk substitution I requested, which was not good, as I have an intolerance to gluten and having oatmilk makes me sick. I had wished her a good day and thanked her for remaking it, and she simply blankly looked at me, not responding to me. Horrible, horrible service and I will not be returning as this is a continued issue.

I often visit this Starbucks because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. However, I’ve noticed that the staff tends to prioritize drive-through customers over those dining in. On several occasions, parts of my order that I paid for have been left on the counter, seemingly forgotten. When using the drive-through, I’ve also experienced instances where I’ve ordered one thing but received something different. Additionally, the staff often comes across as unfriendly or indifferent, which is disappointing.

Paola needs to chill with her attitude. The girl rang my drink in incorrectly, no big deal and I asked her to remake it. She takes her time, then remakes it incorrectly, not what I ordered, again. And the entire time commenting and speaking condescending and rude. I was extremely patient I just wanted my drink as I ordered. She treats people like that daily you won’t have returning customers. Yikes.

Me & my bestie ordered two drinks, both of them were the same thing & had a couple custom requests, which was repeated multiple times to the barista. when we get to the window, they give us our drinks which is missing half the things we asked for, which we paid for, & when asked to add them in, Aaliyah or however you spell it gave us complete attitude, & acted as if us asking for our correct orders was the end of the world. not only was she aggressive throwing our cups & lips away, but didn’t even look at us while we were talking, we felt completely unwelcomed, & just made us feel like a burden. check your employees attitude & customer service.
