They always do well making my almond or oat milk steamers! They always run out of plain bagels, but they make my drink perfectly and do it fast so it's okay.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian and vegan options. Whenever we need a quick snack, we know that we can rely on SB to have something vegan or vegetarian and fast.

I don't do this. But out of every Starbucks in all of the Tri-Cities heck all of Washington this is the only one that can't understand. What do I mean by can't understand well I want a large oat milk which is like 350 add a shot of Carmel and blend it but they want to add in a frappuccino and whipped cream and then minus the coffee and then half the time I put the coffee in there anyway and say whoops. Any other Starbucks but this Starbucks the incompetency here is insane.

Used to love going to Starbucks, we literally had our own custom drink and everything, but now they charge you for absolutely everything, 50 cents for extra anything, now 50 cents for light ice/no ice, I am extremely frustrated with this being the case, this company is so greedy, for a drink that is already $7 almost $8. And now I would rather support a local business than come here, leeches. I'm so disappointed.The girls here were rude as well, not that I'm shocked, they also forgot to give me my other drink and were super rude when I asked for it, even though I had ordered it to begin with.Not going to make special trips for Starbucks anymore, you will have lost a long time customer, I'm tired of being charged for every absolute possible thing. It's ridiculous, and honestly really sad to me. For a place that used to bring me daily joy, it no longer does that for me, and I leave frustrated, and disappointed.

Pretty disappointed... My fiance stopped here to pick up a Caramel Frappuccino for me on his way home.. Didn't end up having ANY coffee in it, tasted bland. He specifically asked for extra caramel and there wasn't any.... Talked to a supervisor on the phone, she was RUDE and thought my issue was funny. The individual that owns this store, please contact me. I'd like to talk to you more about your management team.Buyers be aware and check your coffees.

Drive through couldn’t take my order right, they gave me a blonde espresso with cinnamon. The second time, they asked me if I wanted original syrup? And if I wanted oat milk? Im no expert but the drink they gave the second time around was not a brown sugar shaken espresso. Day shift working on 03/24/2023 needs more training.
