the worst starbucks i have been at. every time i have gone they have made my drink wrong.

Not sure if the four or five people that were working in the morning just after open Thursday the 24th were just having a bad day or if more and more people in customer service just think customers are robots and don't deserve any type of genuine human interaction... Would it hurt you to smile at a stranger? Coffee was delicious tho thanks again! Cortadoooooo

THEY CAN'T MAKE DRINKS 👎 AND THEY ARE RACIST. THEY WILL MAKE SURE TO SERVE YOU LAST IF YOU AINT WHITE. I ORDERED BEFORE OTHERS AND THE OTHERS GOT SERVED FIRST AND THEY ALSO HAD BIGGER ORDERS. ITS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES YESTERDAY WILL BE THE LAST. THE DRINK WAS ALSO HORRIBLE NO FLAVOR.

The drinks here are hit and miss. You can order a drink with extra syrup and it taste bland. I don't have this issue with other starbucks so I'm not sure what is going on at this one.

This place of business is always closed. Starbucks needs to investigate this store. The service is 50-50 and so is there schedule. I believe new management should be considered. I will help by rounding up all the excuses for why they close.

This Starbucks use to be a good location. But lately they can never open in the mornings. (When people need coffee). They literally have no schedule of when to open and just open when ever apparently

The worst Starbucks store I have ever been to by far. Drive thru often has a long line, but is still much faster than going inside. They do not pay attention to customers inside. I waited 5 minutes to order a drip coffee and cake pop, there was no one else in line. They did not even acknowledge me for the first few minutes that I stood there.Then waited almost another 5 minutes for them to get a cake pop out to me. Not the first time that I have experienced very poor customer service at this location, it is pretty standard.

We had gone to Starbucks to get a birthday deal for my fiancé’s birthday and they did not honor the deal and said I had to pay for the drink. We had the app, she scanned it and said their system wasn’t working and told us we needed to pay for the drink. I told them I will pass as they would not get her any drink, they were not accommodating at all.

I'm just leaving the store. It's the busiest I've ever seen a Starbucks, and so much kudos to every single worker in there. They are all working as hard as they can, and still being kind through the stress. You guys are doing amazing ??

The drinks very depending on the barista. But are still good. The breakfast burrito was bland and way too much cheese. Their breakfast sandwiches on the other hand are good. The workers are always helpful and cheerful.

Kid-friendliness: You can request frappuccinos without coffee for the kids.

Went in to grab my 2 drive thru orders cause the line was long at the drive thru. the restrooms do have a code. The kind clerk even asked if I wanted a 2nd food item cause they made an extra one, to which I kindly accepted. To add to this, several years ago, while in the drive thru, the car in front of us even paid for our entire order!
