Literallly standing their for a good 4 mins one employee was putting back pastery case literally see through glass ignores us a girl looks at us turns to the fridge and is playing with the burritos gets up and walks away doesnt even acknowledge us a group of four and didn't even see if we needed anything seriously theeeeee worst starbucks

Worst Starbucks in the Tri-Cities! I just had a horrible experience here. The customer service was terrible. The lady at the counter was complaining that someone asked her to take the trash out while taking my order. I asked her for special instructions for my food & she didn’t let the barista know. She walked off to go complain about the trash in the middle of me paying. I can’t believe how horrible the customer service is here. When I grabbed my drink, no “have a good day”. Also, why do I not get 4 shots when I pay for them? If you’re going to get Starbucks, don’t go here.

I am not usually a person to comment or review, but I enjoyed the interaction and satisfaction I received from Scoot! He made sure my drink was made right not with lots of ice like most of the employees add in the drink after saying light ice.

I love this location and the people who work here. MJ is always in wonderful spirits and takes time to listen, no matter what time of the day it is and knows exactly what I drink( all 3 of my favs). I know I will leave happy and with my coffee made perfect when I come here and her crew is there. Definitely deserves bonus points! Great customer service and experience hard working baristas.

Couple times I’ve ordered through the drive through, every time I asked light/easy ice they still fill the cup with ice. It’s ridiculous, also their water tastes disgusting, filter needs to be changed or cleaned.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely positive it made such a difference in my day. You can tell they take pride in creating a warm and friendly environment. My drink was made perfectly, and the service was quick but never rushed. Definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Thank you to the team for spreading such great energy!
Guy at the window was so rude. Wish I got his name but light hair and glasses I think. He didn’t say a word during the interaction, didn’t offer straws, gave a nasty look and made it feel like it was an annoyance for him to do his job.

Not sure if the four or five people that were working in the morning just after open Thursday the 24th were just having a bad day or if more and more people in customer service just think customers are robots and don't deserve any type of genuine human interaction... Would it hurt you to smile at a stranger? Coffee was delicious tho thanks again! Cortadoooooo
