Not sure what is going on here….I had to wait in line for an insane amount of time and they had multiple people on staff. JESS IS EXTREMELY RUDE and was basically just standing there. The other barista there (couldn’t catch her name tag) probably because she actually wasn’t just standing around was amazing and so sweet she should get a raise!!! Not her fault at all. I don’t mind waiting in line because I understand it gets busy, but to be so rude and snotty on top of the wait…. Is inexcusable. I would suggest just going to the starbucks right by not inside the safeway even if it is less convenient to grab after your grocery shopping.

The Leslie/Gage store is short on staff…Don’t place a mobile order there! They won’t even bring it to the door anymore. They should at least adjust the app so you can’t place an order if the lobby isn’t open.

Went through drive through this morning with 5 cars ahead of me. WAITED 27 MINUTES to get to window. I saw 4-5 people working inside. Only 2 people waiting inside, and a few people picking up mobile orders. You'd think they'd be more organized and able to multitask? 2 people in drive up, 2 people for mobile and inside orders?? I asked if it was ready and he said just wait. I told him how long I waited along with everyone else. He said, oh it free today. I said I know, and drove off.

In addition to 20 minute waits, now ordering online is useless. The doors are closed and you have to get in line behind everyone else in the drive thru.
