But it’s hard to get a redo because she can’t talk and chew gum so it takes her forever. One day I sashayed to the coffee bar with only one lady awaiting her drink and I asked for a coffee and was meet by a loud pitched voice yelling at me that she was only one person there and couldn’t handle it. This lady trains new people! I saw her co-worker still in view looking back at her and shaking her head as she scurried form her inept co-worker for a much needed break I am sure. Once they told me they have to share tips with people in deli who never make coffee. Starbucks should really shed their relationship with FM. Recently I visited a FM Starbucks in Portland who said they don’t keep chairs out anymore because of shooting at this store. Except the shooting didn’t happen in the seating section at Richland FM and Richland still has a seating section. Management needs to streamline this operation and provide a dedicated staff to run this and be able to keep their tips. Starbucks should have a knockoff name like Bucks for these less than average half way ran grocery stores. I have to admit the Safeway Starbucks inside the north Richland store has a much better record for me. I just wish you could get a real cup of coffee while shopping here. It also looks like they don’t have enough time for set up and much much time is used to make fellow coworker coffee who order in advance and the help here can’t handle that either. You may see one worker walk away with a tray of drinks as you wait for the slow no side work done barista. It’s a real mess here. I’ll try again in a couple months because there’s always a revolving door for help here.

This Fred Meyer Starbucks is really nice but these two workers Anne and Cheyanne are exceptional. They both are so hard working and definitely give it their best, each time I come here you see them multitasking making orders, and taking orders, while giving great service. They both are amazing, definitely deserve raises. I hope I see them again! Thank you for the Starbucks experience and your hard work! I appreciate you both! ❤️

Employees with gross piercings, these kind of people are not stable and less clean than others. It doesn't inspire my confidence and my family does not go there.

There is an employee at the Wellsian Way Starbucks. Her name starts with an H. I've went there about 4 times ish, and every time I get attitude and the WORST condescension from her! Little girl, I'm older than you, I've been doing restaurant and retail since you were a baby! Dial it down, your not special for working at a Starbucks.

I asked for the Pink Drink, but asked them to make it keto. I have done this at almost every other Starbucks I've been to. For some reason before I was even done saying my order, the barista just flat out told me "no." They can not make it keto. I told her I have ordered it keto at many other locations and she just said, "well I don't know how they did that for you." She had such a bad attitude. After telling her that I thought it was weird that she couldn't do it, she just shrugged and said nothing. Very rude!

My coffee was Cold and grainy. The Older Gal is the only Good employee here. The Rest look like they just came in from a homeless camp. Droopy over gauged ears, multiple nose piercings and smell funny, dress frumpy and look very unprofessional. I guess this is the new face of this mediocre but once good coffee chain. Also for the money yea I would rather Dutch Bros.

This place shouldn't even be related to Starbucks 😔 I've tried ordering an iced espresso three times and every time it tasted like I was just drinking straight cream. Very disappointing. After the first time I kept hoping I'd have a better experience the next time with a different barista, but no luck yet. So sad to have such an awful drink that's so expensive. Go to a real Starbucks instead
