Really good, classic Starbucks. Workers are friendly, and they do their best to get you through quickly. However, this is potentially the most garbage setup for a drive-thru. It's small, narrow, and the entrance is in a confusing place. Ignoring that, classic Starbucks experience, hot drink, fine food, fast experience.

I’ve gone there 3 times in a row with the same barista working at the drive through window. she never greets me, always has a pissed off look on her face, it’s the girl with brown hair, freckles, no lips, she needs to be held accountable for how awfully she treats customers.

When I come here I usually feel welcomed. Today I did not. My order felt rushed as if I chose the wrong time to come through the drive-thru. Within 5 mins or less I was back in line cause I dropped the medicine ball I bought after it burned my hand cause the lid wasn’t on all the way. Tay the worker who had given my drink to me both times said there was nothing they could do. Strange for when I previously worked for the company the rules were different. I paid the $4.82 and left. I won’t be back to that location regardless of the convenience. Bad service!

I ordered a matcha latte and they filled it up half way, the rest was all foam. I work hard for my money, and paying $6-$7 on foam is not ok.

I wish there was a zero star, I will never be back to this place, the slowest service I’ve ever been to, and it’s almost every time I went so not anymore, I literally left the window after being in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, keep my money because you don’t know how to give me a refund!!

I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks before but today they really disappointed me, I ordered a VENTI cappuccino via the Uber app, it’s Friday I was running late to work and I just wanted to make my life easier and order something to get my day started, the driver was very quick, got here 15 minutes after I placed my order. The issue was that my venti drink felt WAY too light. I remove the lid to find out my drink was less than half the venti cup it was in I could easily transfer it into a tall cup. I was mad! $9 drink for a half filled cup? Seriously?

My hubby and I are always really happy with this Starbies. During our most recent visit, we ordered ahead on the app, and our coffee was ready about 4 minutes before the estimated time, which was great since we arrived early. There was plenty of seating for us to sit down and sip our coffee & share a yummy buritto. The new lavender oatmilk latte is very good!!
Parking: There aren’t a ton of parking spaces, but we found one no prob!

Starbucks doesn’t often fail at customer service. The gentleman made the wrong drink, which happens. But when I told him about it, he didn’t apologize and gave a response that made me feel like he was blaming me, all in a sing song voice with a smile. Then, when the right drink was made, I asked if there was a price difference (he made a more expensive drink than I unknowingly paid for on the app but didn’t order), he said “we can see” in the same sing song voice but kept working on other drinks and didn’t say or address it and watched me walk right out the door. Terrible service, and they dishonestly made no attempt to make the charges right. I’m not even worried about the $1 difference or whatever small amount it might have been. It was the experience that was disappointing.

Shelby was an angel! 5 stars for her. Coffee wasn’t hot enough (for me). She remade from new pot and offered to heat creamer as well. Above and beyond. Thk you!!!
