I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato 5 shots light ice. And I never received all my 5 shots, there is more milk than coffee, for the price I am paying $10 for my coffee I would like to receive the quality of the coffee I'm paying for. I am being ripped off. If things don't change I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm not mad at you it's just every single freaking time ridiculous!
The lady who does the coffee adds more milk than she does the shots, I've already went and got a store credit and used it that was in August 8th, and on September 2nd I went and did the same thing and still there no coffee in it. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! BETTER OFF GOING TO DUTCH BROS.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up around 6 PM on May 15th not only was I completely ignored when I arrived, but the staff didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. They looked straight at me, said nothing, and continued doing whatever they were doing as if I wasn’t there.
I had to basically force myself into their space just to be noticed, and when I asked about my order, the employee didn’t even respond to me. She turned to her coworker, whispered something, then pointed and said coldly, “It’s over there.” No greeting, no explanation, no “thank you” just pure laziness and attitude.
To make things worse, the drinks were terrible. They were excessively sweet, didn’t taste right, and were poorly made. Not a single one was done correctly.
This was my first time visiting this new location since it opened. I live in the area and normally go to the Starbucks inside Safeway, but it was already closed at that hour so I decided to give this one a try. What a huge disappointment. Now I understand why the place was empty.
I’ve owned a food business for many years, and I know what it means to treat customers with care and provide exceptional service. If this Starbucks doesn’t train their employees properly or replace them with people who actually want to work, this location is headed straight for failure.

Worst Starbucks coffee I've ever had. My husband and I were visiting family in Tri Cities, since we had a long day ahead of us, we stopped for a coffee. I asked for a Iced Venti cinnamon dulce, it was warm, hardly any oce, and tasted like more milk than coffee. I wont return to any Starbucks at this point.

The coffee used to be really good but it started to not taste as well and I go to this one and for some reason the coffee just tastes not as good.It seems different.

The drink itself tasted okay, but my biggest gripe was with barista that took my order. When requesting an addition to my drink and asking for double of that addition, she made the condescending comment, “well, it doesn’t come with that, 0+0=0.” I order this drink a lot, so I’m very aware it doesn’t come with it—I was asking her to add to the drink (and yes I know it costs extra). Yeah, that was unnecessary. I was ready to give her a piece of my mind, but didn’t want her spitting in my drink (wouldn’t have put it past her)! That rudeness is unnecessary. It looks like, after reading the reviews, there’s been similar issues of staff being rude. The other staff were fine, it was just the lady who took our order. Do better Starbucks! This store is already going down the bucket and you just opened up this new location not that long ago. Was frequent customer, but she was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth.

Every time I order my drink from here it's never made the way I order it. I order a venti ice caramel machiato breve with extra caramel. They never put extra caramel or half and half. It's not the first time my drink was made wrong.

I come here almost every day and more often than not my drink is made incorrectly. The barista even argued with me that it was correct before realizing her mistake. And then took someone else’s order before fixing my drink. I came again the next day and my drink was made wrong again. I hate complaining but Starbucks is too expensive to be such low quality

Drove through today for a blended caramel ribbon crunch - tipped extra because it is Thanksgiving. The drink looked different when I got it and it tasted terrible. The lid was cracked and would not stay on - almost dropped it twice because of this. Walked in the store - handed the drink back, told them it was terrible and walked away...I didn't even want a replacement it was so bad.

Went in to grab a drink with my husband before an appointment I had and the place was dirty and it took well over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 food items. One employee was standing and having a casual conversation about her day with someone while everyone around her was running around trying to get things done. If everyone was actually pulling their weight my drink might have been done in a timely manner. My bagel was cold by the time I got it and I had to ask for the cream cheese I paid for and my husband food was still cold in the middle. I won’t be going back to this location which is a shame given that it’s the closest one to me. Do better Starbucks

Empty lobby, one person tending to the drive thru and stood at the counter to order and was ignored for 5 minutes, no greeting, no I'll be with you in a moment. Almost just left. The one lady looked at me a few times but apparently doesn't greet customers.

They need to show there dashers the same respect and consideration they do everyone else someone orders in the drive through there order isn't gonna be ready so don't tell me and my two yr old I can't get my doordash order through drive through because it might not be ready yet it should be same priority as everyone else or don't have your store doing doordash

My and my husband went to get a drink and his order was correct and so was mine the issue was they put more than half of ice in the cup, I couldn’t even mix the drink because there was so much ice and when I called the “supervisor” Jonathan was extremely rude arguing with me telling me “No I watched the drink get made” over and over and i didn’t even ask for a whole new drink I simply asked for a discount since I had already got to my hotel , his attitude was absolutely disgusting and in the end the only thing he told me to do was call customer service AND He never not once smiled . I’ve been here 3 times and each time I never had an issue until I met him . Such gross behavior for a “supervisor”
