Sterling's Famous Steak Seafood & Salad Bar - On The River

We had a great experience! The food and service were excellent and they were exceptionally kind to my wife’s service dog. We ate on the patio and they gave him water and I was able to order a small plate of food for him too. We will definitely re-visit this establishment!!

Think we got the least enthusiastic server on the planet. Absolute minimum amount of effort.

Delicious! And the view sitting on the patio overlooking the water is great. My server was very polite and knowledgeable and had suggestions. Great food, great service.

Food was tasteless, very small portion, over priced.

Was excited to try the soup and salad bar. $15 for a single trip through the line, and the plates and bowls they provide were comically small. It’s clearly to push you to the unlimited tier. If they at least provided adult plates the $15 might approach being worth it. As it stands I would only pay $8 for what I received. Disappointing, will not return.

Who the hell lied and said this place was “famous” for steaks? I wouldn’t feed that garbage to a stray dog in a foreign country. I had a ribeye and it was as flat as a pancake and tasted terrible. The lobster add on was like rubber also.

Asked for a wine list and was told they didn’t have a lot of the wines on the list and only had like 3 bottles to choose from.

Richland apparently doesn’t know quality dining. I had high hopes for this place. The exterior and interior were very nice.

I don’t even think they have a point of sale system. Our checks came printed on a piece of paper from like Microsoft excel. Front desk even had an excel spreadsheet open when we cashed out. Super weird.

$50.00 for two sandwiches. Husband had a Ruben, dry and tasteless. My salad was also tasteless. Mediocre food for high price.

The only thing I dislike about Sterling's is their owner's politics, but that's a big one, so I only go there very infrequently when I'm jonesing for the California Eggs Sterling. Oh, and one other thing: please for the love of customers' sinuses, do not allow servers to wear strong cologne or perfume.

Chicken fried steak rocked, eggs cooked correctly, salad bar is awesome, rt along with Bloody Mary's, an staff is awesome too. 1st time there definitely goin back
