Subway in Richland

“I lived on subway in my teens. I've mostly sworn the stuff off due to my health but decided to give it a try. Menu is completely different. Stuff is renamed, the staff seems confused like it was never any different (i chalk this up to being 10-15 years older than them). Overall it still tastes the same.“

“I got a footlong blt, which comes with 4 thinly sliced pieces of bacon. Side by side, they barely equal half the width of the bread. Subway has become too expensive for how little you're offered on some sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads and you can get meat/dairy free sandwiches and wraps.“

“The blonde chick working all alone on a Friday at 2:30pm was busting her butt while remaining calm. I waited in line super long but I don't mind because she was kind, smiling, & had a happy tone. I think the 2nd employee was on their break. The manager might think to schedule more employees on Fridays.“

“The manager at the Richland Lee Blvd. store is focused on exemplary customer service, quality, and attention to detail. He clearly instills that in his team as well. We ordered lunch boxes for our team of 30. He delivered the delicious lunches on time and exactly what we ordered. We will be returning. Thank you!“

“I've been to Subways from one coast to the next, and this is by far the most friendliest and helpful Subway staff I've come across. I was having issues with a deal on the app and both the worker and the manager were gracious and helped me figure it out. When we couldn't get it to apply they helped me apply a different coupon which worked out. I loved how both the manager and the worker were understanding and seemed to truly enjoy what they do.

Once I received my sandwich I was impressed with both the taste and the presentation. I would drive past the other 3 subways closer to me to come to this one again.

There are still casual dining restaurants around that put the customer first, and this is definitely one of them!“
