Worst Subway experience ever! Poor girl is working the entire restaurant by herself!!

There was one customer in the restaurant when my friend and I entered. It took 18 minutes to order and then receive an incorrect meal. NOT EXAGERATING!!! I ordered a simple 6 inch Meatball sub (asked for black olives, provolone, and extra parmigian). Opened the sandwich to find 3 small slices of olives, NO provolone, and NO parmisian...AND NO ICE IN POP MACHINE!?

Shame on the owners/manager!!!!

This location has gone wayyyy downhill. Ordered a sweet onion teriyaki wrap, got a SOT on a flatbread, when i tried to correct the employee and the manager and requested a wrap they both told me ā€œthis is a wrapā€. They didn’t ask if we wanted veggies on our other sandwiches. Didn’t even toast this dry ass flatbread. Spent $45 to throw over half of this away. Manager left in the middle of the lunch rush today, had a line of people to the door and in the drive thru, just left the only other employee there alone. Soda machine was out, half of the front-end inventory was out. Horrible service, horrible food.

There was no acknowledgment by the staff behind the counter for quite some time after we had arrived. I have never experienced a Subway where the person starting the sandwich writes down the whole entire order prior to the sandwich being started. The order would have been incorrect had we not been standing there. Which is the whole point of Subway, right? What happened to standard operating procedures??

Sandwich not made to my request, store wasn't even willing to change out bread without charging $9 for a veggi sandwich. I've been to literally hundreds of subways across the US, this is easily the worst service I've ever gotten at one.

In Drive-thru today whoever manages this place sucks. not enough employees or they suck at training. Workers at 12:30pm not efficient enough to prep a sandwich. Save time and effort please go to other subways Be ready to sit at your car for at least 30min. Not the firt time this happens.

Ordered a meal threw GrubHub and wasn't given my free foot long cookie nor my dipping sauce for the double cheese dippers. I was not a happy camper. Trying to talk to the person at Subway was next to impossible because of the horrible loud background noise. Ended up having to call GrubHub to get the matter resolved and still ended up with double cheese dippers that were overcooked and impossible to eat and No free foot long cookie.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. I seriously hope Russ sees these reviews, because he sucks at managing this place. Never enough employees and one of them likes to argue with customers. Honor said coupons that are delivered to our homes, at the end of the day make it right. I’ll NEVER come back to this location as long as Russ owns/manages. Word to mouth spreads like wildfire. No one I know will come to this place

Manager wanted to snap and then argue with me about how I wanted my sandwich made. I asked for a turkey bacon avocado on flatbread toasted and she argued that it comes in a wrap and that the flatbread they don’t toast it and what veggies I could have on it!! Just straight rude no patience or respect for customers

Second time in a row we've had to wait almost half an hour past the time the app said our order was ready (which shows the app is not actually being updated, but just running an algorithm - in other words, guessing). Today was the Richland (Lee Blvd) location; last time was a couple weeks ago in Prineville, OR. Both times, only one person was working, trying to keep up with drive-thru, mobile, and walkins, nearly stressed to tears. If you can't provide a fully staffed store, DON'T OPEN THE DOORS! This is disgusting corporate greed at its finest. We're going to Jimmy John's from now on, where there has always been at least a staff of four, every single time we've gone.
