I've seen some negative reviews here but boy my experience was really good when I came in here for lunch earlier. I really specifically noticed how clean and maintained it looked.

The lone staff member did a good and fast job making sandwiches for the group.

I have to rate this Subway at a 5 mainly because of Leticia. (If the spelling on her name is wrong i’m sorry, I’m writing this a few days after my last visit!) She is so incredibly friendly, helpful, & just an amazing sandwich artist all around! She has shared sandwich ideas with me in conversations past, she is an extremely valuable asset to this location!

Extremely satisfied, The manager was extremely patient with my toddler nephews. Everything was very fresh, , he was very patient and friendly and made our stop easier. Safeway on Lee In richland.

Today i went to subay for a late lunch sandwich. I thought i had some coupons from the mail but they were expired by a couple of day. So, i just ordered a house all American footlong. No drink no chips. I got a $17.00 bill and the flattest Subway ive think ive seen yet.
While it had ingredients on it, SUBWAY HAS LOST THE SPIRIT OF SUBWAY. A Subway Sandwich 🥪 is full, thick and blowing out of the buns. SUBWAY, GET IT BACK ON TRACK. 17.00. YOU have to be shitting me.

Again atmosphere not sure Again drive through. Vegetables added that wife did not ask for. Young man behind window needs to be trained more. I asked for large lemonade as they usually have very good lemonade but not this time,was given water found out at home. I called he said if you come back in. No thank you.

Worst Subway experience ever! Poor girl is working the entire restaurant by herself!!

There was one customer in the restaurant when my friend and I entered. It took 18 minutes to order and then receive an incorrect meal. NOT EXAGERATING!!! I ordered a simple 6 inch Meatball sub (asked for black olives, provolone, and extra parmigian). Opened the sandwich to find 3 small slices of olives, NO provolone, and NO parmisian...AND NO ICE IN POP MACHINE!?

Shame on the owners/manager!!!!

This location has gone wayyyy downhill. Ordered a sweet onion teriyaki wrap, got a SOT on a flatbread, when i tried to correct the employee and the manager and requested a wrap they both told me “this is a wrap”. They didn’t ask if we wanted veggies on our other sandwiches. Didn’t even toast this dry ass flatbread. Spent $45 to throw over half of this away. Manager left in the middle of the lunch rush today, had a line of people to the door and in the drive thru, just left the only other employee there alone. Soda machine was out, half of the front-end inventory was out. Horrible service, horrible food.

There was no acknowledgment by the staff behind the counter for quite some time after we had arrived. I have never experienced a Subway where the person starting the sandwich writes down the whole entire order prior to the sandwich being started. The order would have been incorrect had we not been standing there. Which is the whole point of Subway, right? What happened to standard operating procedures??

Sandwich not made to my request, store wasn't even willing to change out bread without charging $9 for a veggi sandwich. I've been to literally hundreds of subways across the US, this is easily the worst service I've ever gotten at one.

In Drive-thru today whoever manages this place sucks. not enough employees or they suck at training. Workers at 12:30pm not efficient enough to prep a sandwich. Save time and effort please go to other subways Be ready to sit at your car for at least 30min. Not the firt time this happens.
