Again atmosphere not sure Again drive through. Vegetables added that wife did not ask for. Young man behind window needs to be trained more. I asked for large lemonade as they usually have very good lemonade but not this time,was given water found out at home. I called he said if you come back in. No thank you.
There was no acknowledgment by the staff behind the counter for quite some time after we had arrived. I have never experienced a Subway where the person starting the sandwich writes down the whole entire order prior to the sandwich being started. The order would have been incorrect had we not been standing there. Which is the whole point of Subway, right? What happened to standard operating procedures??
The manager at the Richland Lee Blvd. store is focused on exemplary customer service, quality, and attention to detail. He clearly instills that in his team as well. We ordered lunch boxes for our team of 30. He delivered the delicious lunches on time and exactly what we ordered. We will be returning. Thank you!
