Even when they are training someone new, you do not have to worry about any mishaps with your food. Great customer service.

Nothing wrong with the food, and the crew were awesome.
For several months now their drink machine has had problems, whether it's out of carbonation or lately, it's not dispensing ice. They say the drinks pour cold but they don't. It's summer, this coke is lukewarm. I find it silly because I work at a restaurant and the moment something stops working we either fix it or call out someone who can ASAP.
If I'm going to spend almost 20 dollars for a sandwich and drink, I'd like it to be cold.

The drive thru at night is horrendous! There are no lights, and the speaker barely works. The price of food is atrocious, too, unless you have a coupon. $17 for a sandwich is crazy!

They are quite slow with online orders, I would understand if there were just busy, but they worked with 5 in person customers before finally getting out the online order almost 20 minutes late.

Everytime I order online, this location messes up my sub. Tonight the cheese was missing. Last time the bread was burnt so bad on one end it was inedible. Time before that it was the wrong bread. I guess I'll stop ordering subway from this location 🫤

The staff was awesome, and the sandwiches were even better!
I got a footlong blt, which comes with 4 thinly sliced pieces of bacon. Side by side, they barely equal half the width of the bread. Subway has become too expensive for how little you're offered on some sandwiches.
Vegetarian options: They offer salads and you can get meat/dairy free sandwiches and wraps.

Terrible service today. We ordered online and they had no record of our order when we got there at the appointed time. They made our order….SLOWLY. Then, when I asked for a girl for my salad it was a major inconvenience. Then I asked for the two foot long sandwhiches to be cut in half and you would think I had asked them to remake everything??! So sorry to inconvenience you Mr. Assistant Manager.
3 workers and all seemed more concerned with doing online orders than the people in line In person. Watched as everyone in line was just ignored while they did online orders

It took more than 10 minutes for the staff to get ready to take my order, and then when she did she gave me attitude the whole time. The sandwich was terribly made. She did not put a napkin in the bag and when I asked, I was yelled at for not knowing where the napkins were, all in all, I just had an awful experience. If I could give zero star I would.

Just went in there about 15 minutes ago. Did an online order. The sandwiches they gave us were nothing near what we ordered. I tried calling & it just keeps answering & hanging up.
