The veggies were frozen in the bins, when I asked the worker, who was nice, they said that they have been trying to get them fixed and that they cycle between frozen and warm. Which sounds like a recipe for bacteria to me. I will not be going back.

Night shift needs more than one person for a dinner rush! It was insanely busy, and the lady working had to handle the drive-thru, phone calls, online orders, and the front counter all at once. She did an amazing job, and I felt terrible for her. I almost told her to forget about making our sandwiches so she wouldn’t feel so overwhelmed. She had an order in the drive-thru, and they ended up leaving instead of waiting. Considering I spent $75, you would think they would have at least two people on shift instead of losing business. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Jacob was absolutely amazing! He was the only person there near closing. They are usually pretty busy at closing and he worked as fast and efficiently as possible taking care of several customers at once! All while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude!He deserves a raise for sure!!!

Nothing wrong with the food, and the crew were awesome.

For several months now their drink machine has had problems, whether it's out of carbonation or lately, it's not dispensing ice. They say the drinks pour cold but they don't. It's summer, this coke is lukewarm. I find it silly because I work at a restaurant and the moment something stops working we either fix it or call out someone who can ASAP.

If I'm going to spend almost 20 dollars for a sandwich and drink, I'd like it to be cold.

The drive thru at night is horrendous! There are no lights, and the speaker barely works. The price of food is atrocious, too, unless you have a coupon. $17 for a sandwich is crazy!

They are quite slow with online orders, I would understand if there were just busy, but they worked with 5 in person customers before finally getting out the online order almost 20 minutes late.

Everytime I order online, this location messes up my sub. Tonight the cheese was missing. Last time the bread was burnt so bad on one end it was inedible. Time before that it was the wrong bread. I guess I'll stop ordering subway from this location 🫤

I got a footlong blt, which comes with 4 thinly sliced pieces of bacon. Side by side, they barely equal half the width of the bread. Subway has become too expensive for how little you're offered on some sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads and you can get meat/dairy free sandwiches and wraps.

Terrible service today. We ordered online and they had no record of our order when we got there at the appointed time. They made our order….SLOWLY. Then, when I asked for a girl for my salad it was a major inconvenience. Then I asked for the two foot long sandwhiches to be cut in half and you would think I had asked them to remake everything??! So sorry to inconvenience you Mr. Assistant Manager.
