The woman who checked me out for my mobile order 12/18 at 3:30 was super sweet and funny.

I stopped by this Subway tonight and had such kind customer service from Natalie, who was holding the place down all by herself on a day when they were quite literally out of everything. Despite that, her attitude was so positive that I honestly didn’t mind. She was gracious, apologetic, and when I mentioned I was getting sandwiches for two kids who wanted ingredients they were out of, she immediately went into problem-solving mode. I could tell she was having a tough shift, but she kept a smile and treated me with kindness. My kids loved their sandwich “surprises”. Natalie made lemonades out of lemons.

During a recent interview at Subway on Gage Boulevard, I had an unfortunate experience with an extremely rude and disrespectful manager. Despite my confident responses to her inquiries, she failed to reciprocate my compliment of her tattoos and departed with a team member, exclaiming, “No!” “LAUGHING” This incident left me feeling deeply disrespected and disheartened. Consequently, I strongly advise against considering Gage Boulevard Subway for employment opportunities. The interview process was a complete waste of my time.

I've been to Subways from one coast to the next, and this is by far the most friendliest and helpful Subway staff I've come across. I was having issues with a deal on the app and both the worker and the manager were gracious and helped me figure it out. When we couldn't get it to apply they helped me apply a different coupon which worked out. I loved how both the manager and the worker were understanding and seemed to truly enjoy what they do.
Once I received my sandwich I was impressed with both the taste and the presentation. I would drive past the other 3 subways closer to me to come to this one again.
There are still casual dining restaurants around that put the customer first, and this is definitely one of them!

I always receive outstanding service at this Subway, no matter who is working. ® The restaurant is consistently clean, organized, and fresh. @ However, I want to give a special shoutout to Sophie!
@ I'm not sure when her shifts are, @ but it feels like she's always there, bringing an incredible energy to the place. @ She's always in a great mood, and her positivity seems to uplift both customers and her fellow employees.
@ The entire team reflects her enthusiasm, making every visit a great experience.

Let me just say my sandwich was still good but I ordered a footlong and I’m not joking you there was two pieces of meat on my sandwich. I also requested extra pickles and olives but the only thing there was extra of was mayonnaise and mustard because it was literally dripping off the sandwich. It wasn’t the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s definitely not my last but as a former subway employee, it’s really not that hard..

Terrible service by incompetent staff. After frequenting this location, it is my belief that the staff actually tries their hardest to ensure everyone waits over 30 minutes for their food, even if you’re the only person in line. Even if you order your sandwich online ahead, it will not be started until you get there and ask them why it’s not on the pick up shelf. They will even mark the online order as “complete,” but not even start it. Unbelievable.
Between the terrible attitude, slow service, and RUDE employees, I’ll never be coming back. I don’t think I could have more animosity for a local business than this
