I always receive outstanding service at this Subway, no matter who is working. ® The restaurant is consistently clean, organized, and fresh. @ However, I want to give a special shoutout to Sophie! @ I'm not sure when her shifts are, @ but it feels like she's always there, bringing an incredible energy to the place. @ She's always in a great mood, and her positivity seems to uplift both customers and her fellow employees. @ The entire team reflects her enthusiasm, making every visit a great experience. ¿ Honestly, I don't know if she ever takes a day off because she's so dedicated! = Thanks to Sophie, this Subway has become my go-to spot. - The cleanliness, freshness, and welcoming atmosphere make a huge difference, and whoever manages this location deserves recognition as well. @ Sophie, your positive attitude and amazing customer service don't go unnoticed. @ Keep up the fantastic work —you make this Subway stand out!

Let me just say my sandwich was still good but I ordered a footlong and I’m not joking you there was two pieces of meat on my sandwich. I also requested extra pickles and olives but the only thing there was extra of was mayonnaise and mustard because it was literally dripping off the sandwich. It wasn’t the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s definitely not my last but as a former subway employee, it’s really not that hard..

Terrible service by incompetent staff. After frequenting this location, it is my belief that the staff actually tries their hardest to ensure everyone waits over 30 minutes for their food, even if you’re the only person in line. Even if you order your sandwich online ahead, it will not be started until you get there and ask them why it’s not on the pick up shelf. They will even mark the online order as “complete,” but not even start it. Unbelievable.
Between the terrible attitude, slow service, and RUDE employees, I’ll never be coming back. I don’t think I could have more animosity for a local business than this

If you are needing a reminder of how far Subway has fallen, there is no need to go any further than this location. The attitude, service and value are not inline. Good luck trying to find a single employee that can think beyond what the company mandate is. This serves as a reminder to the impending death of a chain that has forgotten value and service drive the needle not sterile and zombie behavior. I could never return to this location even by force based on how poor the service and employee attitude is. There is no atmosphere here. A funeral home has more life than what the employees at this location exhibit. It may be a drive but search for a different location in town. There you will find friendly staff willing to go out of the way to establish rapport and value and even a bit of customer service. This location could stand to learn alot.

If they wouldn’t take so dam long on orders it would be a way better spot. It never fails, there could be 2 people working and they will still take 30 mins to complete your one sandwich, worst part is they completely stop your order and talk to a new customer! Like please get my order out first!

You are supposed to go to these types of places for fast food and you have to wait 30 minutes so you can eat, while they arrive they ignore you, then they take your order and finally you have to sit down and wait until they make your sandwich. Worst place in the tri to get subway...not only do they not make your food when you order they make you wait 20 minutes when there are 2 employees and only 2 other customers . They take your order and completely ignore any request you make I asked for ex mayo and got mustard. I asked for tomatoes I got 1 slice on a whole footlong... 3 olives and a few pieces of lettuce. Please train your people better this is lazy and definitely not customer service. I ordered how I wanted and was completely ignored . SAVE YOUR $ GO TO BRUCHIS

I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The one car ahead had ONE sandwich. When I got my order I had to rush back to work. When I got my sandwich open I realized they didn't put more than half the veggies I ordered and there were 3 pieces of bacon on the entire sandwich, sauce EVERYWHERE. Not okay.
