I truly used to love Taco Bell I still do like their food unfortunately every special new thing they come out with has less and less food for more and more money it's just the hardly worth buying anymore this new steak Crunchwrap Sliders you get two of them for almost $6 and they are tiny I may have to stop buying Taco Bell food all together

Like many places the main focus is on drive thru and mobile orders and the dine in customers are almost forgotten, but it should be fine as long as you don't order hot coffee, at best you will get it when they remember (about 20 minutes) or as often as not you won't get it at all.
Kid-friendliness: Kids get really bored unless they have a device to get on the Internet.

I ended up going in around 7:20pm to pick up some food I order online, and when I got home? I ended up finding some hairs in the taco meat. I wasn’t expecting to eat hair? thought I was eating beef. I guess if you like hair in ur food eat here 👍🏼

I will never complain about food from a fast food place including Taco Bell, it's very good if you want cheap Mexican food. However, the problem I have is that if you have multiple online orders for one car after 10pm you have to go around the line for each order. I know this is probably a corporate thing (that's who i'm complaining about) but I don't understand how we can get everyone's drinks but have to come back through to get each food order. Again, nothing against this specific Taco Bell just against whoever made this dumb rule.
I always come to this restaurant despite it being further from my house. But it's starting to let me down. Multiple times as of recently they've forgotten an item. Also customers that come inside are pretty much blown off. Why do I always have to ask for my drink? I specifically come in to use the kiosk because I do custimazations on my food and don't want to hold up the drive thru. Come on folks, do better. Stop worrying about all your metrics and focus on PHYSICAL/TANGIBLE customer service

The drive through guy gave me a drink with 25% missing ...I was like "hey can I get this filled to the top, it looks like someone took a drink out of it!". Of course he had attitude, how dare I ask for 100% of what I paid for.....we need a Jack N the Box closer!

I got a chicken enchilada and the rice was.. well i dont even think it was cooked i also ordered a soft taco supreme and ended up getting a normal soft taco which would have been fine but the taco i got had so much grease that the little taco bag was completely wet and the taco was drenched in grease completely soggy couldn't even eat threw it away...really disappointing 😑

The kiosk isn't easy for me to use snd they don't give you an option for a paper receipt. I chose yhe text and I didn't get a text so I don't know if I was charged correctly. I wasn't to happy.

the employee(s) working drive thru tonight deserve a raise. made me 8 cantina chicken tacos 5 min before close (i was desperate, sorry!) and did it with a smile. that's excellent customer service!

Normally I dine at the Duportail location, so I decided to give this one a shot being so close to my home. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Staff were friendly enough, that was not the issue. Food quality and accuracy was the biggest problem. My order and my husband's order was incorrect, with items also switched between us. I try not to make a fuss, so I didn't bring it to their attention because honestly I didn't have time to wait for another order to be processed/remade and they were extremely focused on Drive-Thru overall. I've worked in food service and fast food service many times and I understand where the priorities can lie; but it's also frustrating as a dine-in customer who wanted to have a good meal on a budget. Burritos were hastily made and were not wrapped properly with the insides spilling out of both ends; missing add-ons that cost money, hard shell tacos broken to the point of not being able to hold them. There was also a body odor smell at the counter and in the front of the dining room..I'll be sticking to Duportail.
