absolutely horrible I bought my food over an hour ago and watched them get out plenty of orders while I stood there. most of the said orders were made after I had already been waiting. never got my food. I was told it would be a few minutes twice. other than that nothing. I want my money back!

I have went through the drive thru around 1:50am, and only asked for a couple things off the menu. Those items were 2 small waters and 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito, and 1 nacho fries. As i proceed to check out, this employee had given me change back as a ripped $5 bill, I politely ask if I can get a different $5 because that one was ripped. He said “no , we dont have anymore $5 bills.” I replied “ okay so then can i please have 5 $1 bills to replace it then?” Employee tells me “no , i cant fix your change” I said “may I please talk to a manager then?” Employee replies “I AM the MANAGER” .. I reply “ well, then can you please replace my change back given?” He says “no” and laughs and shuts the window. Very rude. And later on the manager came around as a lady and wondered why i was still sitting in the driveway. The REAL manager was able to help me and give me a non ripped $5 bill that so called the other employee said they didnt have any more of? What a bad experience, an employee proclaiming himself as a manager is not right at any circumstance.

My wife stopped in at around 4:30 today, June 4, 2025, to pick up some dinner for us after taking care of her mother who has cancer. She was tired, hungry, and upset about what her mother is going through. Your Taco Bell on Gway in Richland is on her way. She went inside to order. However, she was not able to, due to the fact that the young men working the counter were too busy talking with each other to take her order. She also told me there was a sign on the door stating there were no cups for drinks. She was practically in tears when she got home. She had an extremely stressful day and had not had a chance to eat. I hope their conversation was really important. I was prepared to drive over and tell them what I thought of the apathetic attitude they obviously have toward their job. It is only because she is so forgiving that they did not experience my ire. We will not bother with this Taco Bell ever again.

Every single time I have ordered from here, on the app, they get SOMETHING wrong with my order. The last FOUR times I’ve had something wrong. Weather it be missing items or the complete wrong items. It’s really irritating. This is the closest location to my work.
Not very happy, I was told I would not be able to be served on an electric scooter that is considered a motor vehicle due to the ccs, claimed it was a policy, I have a small timeframe to get My lunch an return to work, all they are not liable if my scooter gets stolen at 9pm
