Ordered chicken nachos with extra cheese and didnt get no chicken and light cheese when asked for more cheese said no would have to charge me I already paid for it, paid 40 for my meal and wasn't nothing what I ordered. Was dine in order and they put my order with the mobile and delivery pick up section

Service was good food was pretty fresh there's a new kid there that was very polite to me and patient as I tried to tailor my meal but the computer system wouldn't let him do very much still I I've not had Long John silver's and many years I grew up eating it in a different state and I was leaving this area so it was my souvenir token for my stomach and I'm sitting right outside the place enjoying it now thanks guys you guys really consider getting the menu outside so that way people that want to go in the drive-thru can still order stuff and you won't lose that business somehow :-) just a recommendation

Took 4 times to get someone to take my order. Two men wearing headsets inside so not sure why it took so long. Took the orders of the two cars in front of me just fine. Waited until five cars were behind me and finally got impatient. No excuses I’ll just drive to the one on G Way. They’re cheaper, friendlier and get the orders right.

I get off work for a hour lunch and want taco bell but you must have a car or they wont serve you thay won't let you order something though the window even if lobby close but drive thru open

Don't order Taco Bell from here. They don't care what they are even doing. Missing items, ingredients missing from items. Half full drinks. Go to the Taco Bell. Go to the KFC. Go to the combination Taco Bell & KFC - on Columbia Parkway (by the mall). That's what's up. Forget this place. They're a combination with LONG JOHN SILVERS???!! That is ALL wrong. The hard shell taco and dorito tacos locos had ONLY the tiniest bit of meat and cheese in them ...that's all, nothing else. The steak queso sliders had the same dab of taco meat and nothing else in them...needless to say none of it satisfied any of us.

I wish doordash would let you pick the location your order goes to. I would NEVER WILLINGLY chose this location. My orders are usually wrong or missing items. Dont even bother using the kiosk inside. My friend and I did that, paid and sat down to wait... they cleared out the drive through and people coming in after us. We walked up and asked about my order and they said "we're working on it" 10 minutes later, and plenty of glances from the kitchen staff, we walk up and ask again and are told "the kiosk doesn't send us the orders. You have to come to the counter after" after seeing me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes, AND asking about my order, it wasnt even recieved? Incompetent workers. Rant over

We're DONE with this Taco Bell!!! CONSTANT order mess-ups, ZERO customer service - they will just stare at you and ignore you at the counter AND almost ZERO cheese on tacos! The last several tones we had to add cheese at home from our refrigerator! Also they always have sketchy drunk/drugged out people hanging out at the tables! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!
