Don't order Taco Bell from here. They don't care what they are even doing. Missing items, ingredients missing from items. Half full drinks. Go to the Taco Bell. Go to the KFC. Go to the combination Taco Bell & KFC - on Columbia Parkway (by the mall). That's what's up. Forget this place. They're a combination with LONG JOHN SILVERS???!! That is ALL wrong. The hard shell taco and dorito tacos locos had ONLY the tiniest bit of meat and cheese in them ...that's all, nothing else. The steak queso sliders had the same dab of taco meat and nothing else in them...needless to say none of it satisfied any of us.

I wish doordash would let you pick the location your order goes to. I would NEVER WILLINGLY chose this location. My orders are usually wrong or missing items. Dont even bother using the kiosk inside. My friend and I did that, paid and sat down to wait... they cleared out the drive through and people coming in after us. We walked up and asked about my order and they said "we're working on it" 10 minutes later, and plenty of glances from the kitchen staff, we walk up and ask again and are told "the kiosk doesn't send us the orders. You have to come to the counter after" after seeing me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes, AND asking about my order, it wasnt even recieved? Incompetent workers. Rant over

We're DONE with this Taco Bell!!! CONSTANT order mess-ups, ZERO customer service - they will just stare at you and ignore you at the counter AND almost ZERO cheese on tacos! The last several tones we had to add cheese at home from our refrigerator! Also they always have sketchy drunk/drugged out people hanging out at the tables! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

This is a Taco Bell with a Long John Silver's added on as an afterthought. The drive-through doesn't have a menu for LJS. The ordering kiosks inside are for taco bell only, but LJS can be ordered at the counter.

I have a gift certificate that got sent to me cause this Taco Bell has messed up my order and been so rude to me before. I don't know why I even thought it was a good idea to try and use it at the same location that has messed up so badly before. The shift supervisor actually accused me of trying to use this LEGITIMATE gift certificate as a scam, told me it looked like a scam. Ezekiel, you're a complete waste of money when it comes to your job, I would fire you so quickly if I were the owner. I don't recommend this store to anyone, ever! So unprofessional! I'm am so beyond mad with this guy and store. Will make sure I NEVER go back here again. And I don't care if they fix the problem, this review is going to stay up.

I ordered my two crunchy tacos with Nacho fries and loaded beef nachos. My nachos barely had anything on them. Literally I paid for chips. I can’t exaggerate that enough, the stuff that should have been spreaded was in a tiny pile underneath the chips. Also they will never answer the phone, I called them multiple times for my wrong order and they always leave me a dial tone. It’s so rude and unnecessary. Just fix the problems you are constantly doing and have been doing for months. I just want to order food online and it be right for ONCE
