I ordered two drinks from the website on Friday 11/18 shortly after noon. When I arrived to the building it was locked and closed with no sign or reason. My credit card was still charged. I have called the store, messaged on Facebook, and still no response when asking for a refund. $15 down the drain. What a waste.
Love the selection of drinks, super cute decor, I rated 3 star purely because it's a bit hit or miss. I always get a Tiger Tea and most of the time it's excellent but sometimes it's not the same taste at all and when I request a remake I get a ton of attitude and rudeness about it.

Cute decor, nice selection of drinks, & good boba tea. The baristas are a bit inconsistent in drink assembly, everytime I order my drink it tastes a little different (sometimes great, sometimes average and lacking tea flavor). I highly recommend the Honey B.
I have never been, nor have I ever had Boba, and I got a drink on the house tonight. I loved it! I will be returning for more!
First and last time we’ll be going there. Baristas not friendly and the drinks are way too sweet.I think they use a base tea, maybe, and then use flavor mixes. A lot of artificial flavors and way to sweet for us.
How does a boba shop forget the boba?? Also ordered a blended drink but they had to substitute, got a gross drink that wasn’t blanded. Usually have a good experience but not today… waste of $18

Decent drinks, really cool vibes inside, pretty good prices. The only real negative here was that the employees pretty much ignored us until a line started to form behind us. Not super friendly or fast, but they also seemed like they might be understaffed. I might try these guys again, but I'll stick to my usual boba place for a while.
This place was pretty neat. My son talked me into going, I'm not much for the teas with the roundy globs "tapioca" in the bottom but was fun. Prices are reasonable to. quick and friendly service.
The employees definitely make the experience great, well that and the delicious drinks! Seems to be a pretty popular spot so the orders might take a second but it's worth it! I will definitely be back soon in the near future.

Good drinks but terrible customer service. You will stand at the counter and not a single worker will acknowledge you until they are ready to take your order, then they just silently walk up to the register and wait for you to order with no greeting. I feel like the workers either hate their job or hate each other. It’s extremely awkward in there. I’ve been here several times and it’s been the same, even my teen daughter commented on how awkward this place is.
Perfect boba! Fun names, good variety. Only hiccup, don't expect it quickly. Not because of staff, seems like their process set up is muddled, order and pick up at the same area. Still won't stop me from going over and over.
Friendly staff, hilarious sign at the counter (nice streak!), and delicious drinks. Thanks for making our visit a good one!
If you like syrup based bobas then you'll enjoy this spot. I ordered taro, it was ok. Definitely a cute photo op place.
We have come twice now and been disappointed both times. Their menu doesn’t include many of the staples that most boba places have which should have been a clue. The drinks were so watery and at the same type so disgustingly sweet we couldn’t get past the first few sips. We ordered half-sweet tea drinks so we were a bit shocked. The boba was also undercooked and hard in the middle. The second time, the drinks were way overly sweetened again and we couldn’t taste the tea despite both getting half-sweet milk teas. Boba was again undercooked and though one of the drinks was ordered with extra boba, it came with the normal amount.Save your money and get boba across the street at Novel Coffee instead- the quality and taste is way better there!
