The Coffee Bean is one of the OG coffee stands in Richland. Great friendly staff. I don’t get to stop in very often, and yet, the staff always surprises me when they know my drink! If you’re tired of all the other wannabe coffee shops in the area, give Coffee Bean a try.

I've only been here about 10x now but the first few were with the same baristas and they already knew what I drank by my 2nd visit. Even the other baristas when I mention what I was wanting took their time to contact the ones who figured out how to do my drink. I haven't had a bad coffee yet even if it's not exactly the same kind each time. (They try but I know it's not a 'normal' drink.) Thank you for giving me a great experience so far! I look forward to continuing to give you my business. ❤️

I recently moved from the west side and this is the first coffee stand that has reminded me of home! True Washington coffee stand barista style coffee! Staff is very nice and service is fast! I kid you not I’m going back for a 3rd day in a row ☕️
The lady there was disrespectful I wanna say raisist and just rude and she said I didn’t say blended when I did horrible service today at 11/12/24 at 4:30pm

Went this morning to get my work crew coffees so it was a big order I did overhear whoever was making the coffee this morning complaining about all the drinks I ordered and was just being very rude and not being professional, will NOT be going again why work there making coffees if you’re gonna complain about it, will definitely only be attending weekends the girls are so much more welcoming! So if you DONT want your morning ruined don’t go. :)
