Chicken club sat open for at least ten fifteen minutes open face while they made take out and then made the rest of the food my son asked if it was supposed to be a cold sandwich no last time I was there they kept spraying water on my burger while on the flat top grill and not to melt the cheese it was before cheese ever got put on!!!!! Just not the same as when the first opened in tri cities I keep wanting to go back thinking it might be better but not don't say I would go back again gave way too many chances!!!!!!

Restaurant was dirty despite being fairly empty. Food all over the table and floor across from us. My burger was so-so. The onion rings were good but very crispy. The ranch dressing is far too watery. I won't be back.

I ordered 2 hamburgers for delivery 2 miles away. I waited an hour and a half through Grughub. Unacceptable!!! Food was cold and inedible. Horrible service. Never again!!!

Food was great, workers busy, yet friendly… Clean .. watching them work together and remembering hand washing and clean gloves changed every time handling food changes and wash before, handling money.. excellent food.. salads fresh ..order was accurate.. couldn’t ask for a better experience :)

This used to be one of our favorite places until recently. 1. The food is extremely slow and expensive yet they nickel and dime you for the sauce. 2. They hide the drink cups (like they don't trust anyone) and so you have to wait for your food to get your drink. 3. No one is ever at the counter because they prioritize the drive through over the dine-in customers. 4. They tables are always dirty because they don't staff the place well enough and do you get the feeling they are always short staffed. How the yummy places fall!

I would not recommend Habit burger. The first time was so horrendous they gave a us three free meal tickets. We used them but I told my self don’t go back, but we were with others who wanted to try it so we did. I ordered The spicy chicken burger which was cold. The onion rings were so fried you couldn’t enjoy them. the service…there was none. No counter person just a kiosk. We waited over 20 minutes for meal that was cold and over fried. There are better places to eat!
