We went thru the drive thru and were trapped in the line waiting for 25 minutes. When we finally got to the window I asked our server why it took so long. He said, “We’re busy!” Then slammed the window and walked away. Plus when we got home with our order an item was missing. We won’t return!!!

I couldn’t be more disappointed in the service, or lack of service, we just recieved: we waited at the counter for awhile and nobody that worked there approached us. The customer behind us informed us that he couldn’t get anyone at the front to help him either and that he always just used the kiosk. When I nicely asked if anyone was coming to the front to take orders we were completely ignored even when two of the people who worked there looked up from burger making and made eye contact…literally nothing, no response. No sign that indicates we have to use kiosk either and since I had specific questions about the menu I needed to talk to a human. What a totally let down. Left without food.

Decent prices. Food was hot, fresh, delicious. Good service and helpful staff. Lobby was generally clean giving it was dinner time on a Saturday night. Lots of options for the whole family. The kids didn't really enjoy the chicken bites but they a nugget fans.

We came in from the cold blustery storm and found warmth in the food, atmosphere, and friendly service. We had been traveling, on the run for days from shoe bandits, and this place was a real refuge for us. If you flirt with the tall guy he'll throw in a free drink for you.

I stood at the front counter for at least two minutes while being completely ignored. I saw at least two employees look me in the eye and then go back to what they were doing. I walked out. To be clear I understand if they were busy, but somebody at least could’ve told me they’d be with me in a minute or two.

Burger is really good, but I can't stand the self service kiosk. What I think is ironic is at the end it ask if you would like to leave a tip, so am I tipping myself? The restaurant is always dirty. Tables,floor drink counter, its like they don't care. Its never really busy and there's like 5-6 ppl in the back, fot 17 bucks a burger you think they could drag a broom through the place once in a while. I keep going back because I hate 5 Dudes but if another option comes available Im out.
