the most infuriating thing about Kozy Kup is how inconsistent their drinks are. Yesterday my coffee was great because my sister ordered it. Today I go and it’s horrible. I don’t know if it’s because they free pour so every drink won’t be the same, but i’ve given this coffee shop chance after chance and i’m always let down. The customer service is also awful, I don’t know what it is about me specifically but it’s like if you’re not a regular they don’t want to serve you. They are so rude, my sister has seen is first hand, and they even slammed the window on her coworker the other day then pretended to be all nice to my sister right after. If i’m getting a coffee I want it to be good and i want it to be the same everytime. You never know what you’re going to get with them.

Easily the best coffee shop in the Tri. Great place to host meetings or sit and relax. Barista's are super friendly and the coffee is amazing. Drive thru or chilling inside, this is the place to grab a cup little snack.

I bought a Frappuccino and asked for a remake because there was too much ice. Instead of remaking they reblended it. I doubt they cleaned the pitcher and utensils before or after. Seems like the first employee wanted to make a new drink but her co-worker wouldn’t allow it. Not the first time these issues have occurred so we won’t be back. Pictured: a blended drink that looks like mashed potatoes and a drink where we asked for lite whip.

After hearing good things about this coffee shop from friends, I decided to give Kozy Kup a try. This small business' atmosphere truly lives up to its name. With an abundance of comfortable seating, amiable staff, and decent pricing, I am very pleased with my experience. The Americano and croissant I tried were both wonderful. Can't wait to return the next time I need a quiet place to study.
