Whatever you do, do not order the linguini and clam sauce. Literally flavorless and so bland. Very overpriced. Incredibly soupy and watered down. Writing this because no one asked if I enjoyed it so I thought they should know. My server recommended it over the lasagna and I’m kicking myself for listening. Only ate it because I was starving. Other dishes I’ve eaten here tasted better. I don’t know why they serve this. 100% never order.

Great food, great people

My family and I were in the area visiting the Farmers Market when we noticed the restaurant’s outdoor brunch menu, which looked promising. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, the quality was well below expectations.

My son’s French toast was burnt beyond edible, and his scrambled eggs were unappetizing in both appearance and taste. My breakfast sandwich was soggy, my wife’s eggs benedict came with a poorly prepared hollandaise sauce, and our side of potatoes was thin and over-fried—more like potato chips than breakfast potatoes.

We were unable to finish our meals due to the poor quality. While our server was friendly and professional, the food and overall experience left a lot to be desired. Regrettably, we won’t be returning.

Amazing place. Everyone is very friendly and the Calamari is the best in the Tri-cities! Highly recommend.

We came here for a birthday party, the food was... nothing outstanding. Their caesar salad was quite disappointing and I think we were happier with the much cheaper thai noodle salad then the lasagna. I'd come here for cocktails and wine, and maybe a light appetizer. But the food prices were high for a level of food that felt slightly below par

This restaurant is truly a gem in Richland. The food was excellent — full of flavor with beautiful presentation. The service was out of this world. Marc, in particular, went above and beyond to connect with each guest, sharing his extensive knowledge of wines from both local vineyards and around the world. His passion was clear, and the personal restaurant tour he gave us made us feel completely at home.

The atmosphere was just as impressive: stylish décor, warm low lighting, and an inviting setting perfect for an evening with friends or celebrating a special occasion. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and always smiling, which added to the overall experience.

I highly recommend all Tri-Citians pay a visit to this one-of-a-kind restaurant — it’s an experience you won’t forget.

I went to The Social for dinner with a couple of friends last night and had a less than stellar experience. Let me start out with the good things. The atmosphere is really nice, the outdoor patio seating is lovely, and the blackened chicken bacon ranch sandwich was good. The owner, Marc, who we talked to near the end, was also really friendly. Here’s where things took a turn. We had a reservation for 7:30 and did not receive our food until 9pm. I’ve worked in food establishments before and understand that things get backed up, people call out, etc. I know a lot of times things just get crazy and everyone is trying their hardest so I am normally very understanding. What I can’t reconcile is how our waitress checked on us a total of TWO times in the TWO hours we were there. After we ordered our drinks and food, she stopped by once to ask if my friend wanted a refill on her wine and the second time she checked on us was after we received our food- so around 1 hour and 45 minutes into our dinner. She checked on the tables around us and had time to talk to her boyfriend sitting in the corner on the patio, but not to provide any service to us. I have never stiffed a waiter/waitress before, but last night I did because it was on god the worst service I have ever received dining out. My friends and I were shocked.

This place gives you a speakeasy feel it’s very romantic. It’s a great place to get a drink. They have a lot of cocktails on the menu and the menu looks actually amazing. We just weren’t hungry when we came.

We went for a girls night dinner and we loved it! Delicious food, they have a wonderful cocktail AND mocktail menu! The vibes were super cute as well! This is a sit down and enjoy the experience type of place, not an in and out, which personally I love. Patio seating is so nice this time of year in the evening, and we enjoyed the owner running around to the tables chatting it up, he really pours his heart into his restaurant and is eager to make everyone happy! We will definitely be back! We also can’t wait to check out their live music sometimes, and I’m excited to try brunch as well. The menu is so yummy!

Went here for the first time to eat on Friday July 18 around 7:30. It was fairly full, sat outside on the patio, music was really loud and they turned it down a little. Got a salad and drink pretty fast. Main course took way too long and was room temp, not close to hot. Had to get up and go into the bar to find a wine list and order a glass. When the server brought it out she had a bottle with her and emptied into my glass, short pour but she said it was perfect. Bottom line, I won’t be back. That’s the only thing an owner should care about. Can I get every customer to come back over and over again, and tell all their friends. To do that everyone has to be on board, owner, chefs, waitstaff, bartender, all of them. It rarely happens. Food was good not great. Service was not great, well below average. Price was on the high side especially considering the aforementioned. This was a disappointment. Sad, most people really don’t know how to run a great restaurant.
