Always packed. Manager was in the office the crew was frustrated.. needed a till change they were 1 hour behind and it seemed like the manager had no urgency. Crew was handling it better than the manager. I get it's the job to manage but if the crew is struggling pitch in and run the shift smooth. -another manager in fast food.

Ordered at 5:15pm for 6:15. Was told at 6:20 it’s another 10-15 min. It’s 6:45 and he said only another 10-15 min. Come on. Do better. Don’t lie to make people happy. I get that your backed up but you need to let people know it’s 2025 not 1940. I love wing stop but this is an unfortunate customer service situation. Can’t even give me a free drink while I wait. So many frustrated people and it’s a random Saturday night.

I went in and ordered, the associate said it was going to be a 30 minute wait that turns into an hour wait. After purchasing my meals I went to fill my drink and turned to my right when filling my drink and saw an associate sitting at the employee booth trying to catch the attention of someone on the kitchen that had an inappropriate image of a woman displaying through his phone. Made me and my significant other uncomfortable. Very unprofessional employees here.

Love WingStop ! This is a great one to stop at- usually very friendly, very prompt service & killer sauces.
I called and ordered chicken for pick up, they told me 50 minutes I arrived 50 minutes later and they told me they were behind and it would be 30 mire minutes. I can back and the told me 10 more minutes. I asked to speak to the manager all I said was why don't you just tell your customers the truth and that it puts your staff in a position that customers are frustrated he told me in a sarcastic way that he knows how to handle his staff. As more customers arrived customers were telling them it's an hour and a half wait so customers just left. Poorly managed and that particular Manager needs retrained or demoted in my opinion. I will not support this establishment again. I will not wait 1 1/2 hours for chicken wings !!!

The food was good. I have never had any complaints about the chicken. The Cajun corn was a bit over seasoned for my liking. We had delivery and the boxes were very messy.
