Dont get me wrong the food is amazing but when we have to wait for over an hour for it, it kinda kills the mood. The staff were also not very polite either telling us that no more orders are being placed after we were already helped. We called in our order long before closing time. Not impressed with this location

I just had the worst experience ever. the people who work here need training on how to talk to people let alone how to run the restaurant. Where is the manager, no one knows. this place sucks. no wonder everyone likes buffalo better.

Ok, for the super bowl we booked a time for pick up days before and when we went to pick it up it was CHAOS! They were at least a 1hr behind in there orders, plus they were still taking walk in and they were getting there food before all the people who order days ahead!

My main issue was that there were feathers on some of my wings. I know they're from birds, I get that, but aren't the feathers supposed to be plucked off before cooking? I just feel like if all you is chicken wings, you should just be really really good at chicken wings, you know what I mean? Also I found the regular/original spices to be quite bland. If I go back I'll definitely try a spicier option. There were no dine-in options on the day I went. It was takeout only, I guess because they were extremely busy.

We pre-ordered wings on superbowl for our crew to enjoy. We had to pick a specific time slot many of which were already taken. My wife arrived to pick up our order and was told it was going to be another hour. Obviously this was unacceptable. We have people waiting and expecting food on superbowl bowl Sunday. My wife requested and refund and after some push back the manager relented. We then had to scramble to find another food option for our guests. I then filled out a survey about my experience which did not garner a response or apology. Zero stars of I could this place was terrible.
Go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

I ordered online and went to pick it up to find out it wasn’t ready or even prepared yet. They assured me it be ready in an hour. I went home and came back to again to my order not being worked on. Overall Untrained and unprofessional to say the least! They need better management.

I am only rating it 3 stars due to bad customer service. I understand they were busy but the person at the front counter told me they didn’t have fries. After I ordered the front guy turned to his coworker and she asked if I wanted fries, to which he said you can put them in if you want but she won’t eat them. Which is false. Then I asked if they did have fries (after seeing people cooking them) and he said it’s for online only. I think that is unfair but that’s just my opinion. I don’t know just a bummer. Plus, I got charged full price for a combo with no fries. He did give me the veggie pieces but I specifically said I didn’t want that as a side.
On another note, I tried to order online before I got there and the option was not available.

Ordered food online it said it would be ready at 515pm. Get there at 520 and they said it's next up. Stood there for 40 minutes waiting shoulder to shoulder with the line of people out the door. Finally got fed up and got back in line to ask if my food was ready and it had just been sitting on the shelf the whole time. Chicken and fries were so overseasoned it made me sick. Would probably never go here again if my kids weren't brainwashed by tik tok ads.
