Not a fantastic dining experience. Online pickup orders can say will be ready by X:XX time and when you arrive at that time you may be told it will be 20 more min due to how busy they are. After waiting that 20 min. When you see a customer walk in to pickup and online order, after your order has still not been made after almost an hr, and the customer gets handed their food and walks out the door prompting you to inquire about your order and then be told it will be another 30 min. is ridiculous and unreasonable. The inside is not very atmospheric in any way. The layout isn't very intuitive or well thought out. Usually over crowded and having you walk between all the over crowded tables to get to the counter where the online pickup is directly beside the bathroom entryway and exit. Less than 6 feet. It was one of the worst places I've ever been in for a simple online pickup order. At some point you should stop taking orders when 40% of the sit down customers, who have waited over 1hr and 20 min and still not gotten their wings that take 10 to 15 min to cook, walk out or ask for their money back and you have online order take over 1hr and 45 min. you either need new staff/cooks or you need better leadership/ management. Either way it really is a 0 star dining experience.

I have never once ordered from this place and had the food be on time. I've done online orders two and a half hours before I want it and still have walked in where they haven't even started it yet. The staff really doesn't care as I am sure this is just the standard for them. The food is great but man, that's a pretty cruddy service level. If you're going to order online then make sure you order for 15-30 minutes before you actually want to pick up the food.

The tenders are the size of a nugget. Ordered a 3 piece this is only considered a 2 piece. If their is small pieces they should be able to throw in an extra one.

ordered the bone-in wings and they were honestly really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sauces had a nice kick and weren’t overly salty or greasy like some other wing spots. I tried the original hot and lemon pepper, both solid choices. The wings were fresh and still hot when I got them, so no complaints on the food itself.
One thing to keep in mind: the wait time was longer than expected. It wasn’t super packed, but I still waited about 20–25 minutes. So if you’re in a rush, maybe order ahead or plan to chill for a bit. That said, the wait seems to be because they make everything fresh, and it shows in the quality.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was polite and efficient—not overly chatty, but professional. Seating was decent, with a few tables open. It’s not a huge space, but it’s comfortable enough to dine in if you don’t want to take your food to go.

The inside was smaller than I thought, but that might also be because it was packed. Which tells me it should be good food. I got the 8 piece hot honey wings. It came with fries and a soda cup. I really liked the wings. I got the boneless ones. Very flavorful. I don't care much for fries, but they were edible. I will definitely go back and try something else!

Made mobile order on the app for the 20 boneless wings and large fry for 1699 ordered 12 of the Hickory barbecue and eight of the Louisiana rub got home and the 12 hickory barbecue were an orange colored sauce that was so hot. It burns your lips off, called the store and talked to the “Store manager “and he offered to have me come all the way back 12 miles from the store to get new food or I could get it at a later date so I asked if I could have it Uber eats or GrubHub to my house and he said no, they cannot do that. So basically, our dinner was ruined! Very unhappy that they could not deliver me the food when at times they offer free delivery from GrubHub or Uber eats

They advertise online, & it’s also posted on their front door entrance, that they close at midnight. But they always close by 9:30. So they should update the scheduled hours online & at the store front. Also, last time I went, I called to place an order, they said it would take “over an hour” for the food to be ready. I show up to pick up my food 40 minutes after that phone call. (Thinking I was early)… but all my food is absolutely cold like it has been sitting out for over 30 minutes. Why did they tell it would take over an hour then? It feels as they exaggerate wait times to discourage customers from placing orders. When you try to communicate issues with staff, they are upset, & they do not find a solution. Just very horrible customer service,
