the place was super packed every table full people standing around every where, we placed our order and went back to our car waited got our food 30min later we were told of the wait time no big deal it was a Saturday.. the whole family ate the food was delicious cant wait for next visit..

First time here and my food was delayed 1 hour from when they said it was going to be ready. I had to ask for it 3x. When I finally got it, it was cold. I asked for a compensation and they didn’t do anything about it.

They make delicious wings. My favorite is lemon pepper. The rest are great too. They have the best fries of all the wings places in tricities. The staff is great as well they always remember my husband order.
Service was slow, even though I was standing there waiting they put my food on the shelf and I only got it after I asked for the third time. Got it home, boneless wings were in a puddle of oil. Still wouldn't have been that bad but the bone in wings were apparently not cooked all the way as my husband got horrific food poisoning. He's still barely able to eat and missed a day of work. They did offer us a refund but that doesn't make up for our ruined weekend or his day of work lost. Now I start reading these reviews and see how many references to food poisoning there are, I would say BEWARE. There has to be something wrong when so many people have the same result.

They were slammed. They were friendly and pretty quick. The only complaint I would have is the fact they only have 1 drink fountain and it's placement. This creates a serious bottle neck.The food was very good and worth the hassle.

Some of us are on time constraints. If your hours of operation are too difficult to maintain change your hours. Otherwise be accessible to your customers when you say you're going to be. Really discouraging that you can't open on time.
Please do better, you guys close at 10 but stop taking orders at 9pm? BS ?
