I got the stone bibimbap. It was okay in terms of flavor. The ingredients seemed pretty fresh and the meat was tender and juicy. However, all together it was still pretty bland. The hot sauce was sweet for some reason. We felt rushed when our order was taken. Overall it’s okay though. It’s a clean restaurant and there were quite a bit of people there. It was over priced for what we received.

First time going to this restaurant, it was okay. The fried rice that I got was alright, I took a bite and it really didn’t felt warm, and the taste of the food didn’t quite get to me like I didn’t really thought it was great. The service was okay too, like they’re not bad but to me just felt like they were in a hurry. Idk. I’d probably wouldn’t go again. That’s just me ??♂️

Greetings: great food, among the best Asian food in Richland, but... do NOT use the order button on the website. I thought it was a "Woo's" website, but apparently, it goes to something call Simple Menu, and the matron of Woo's will likely cancel your order without telling you. I also had a very difficult time communicating with her after the fact. At first, she was down right rude and dismive about it, and I almost had to walk out. Something should change with the website and online ordering process. In the meantime, I'd call. It is really good spicy Teriyaki and Kung Pao.

Woos always has the best food. We came at 7 for dinner. We were told close was 730 on a Saturday night when the sign said 8. Didn't matter. We stayed, against the owners chagrin, and ate and were out of there in 30 minutes. Greatful and thankful they let us stay to eat dinner. The patrons who came in 15 minutes behind us were not given the pleasure of dining in. Or out. However, Doordarsh was bustling the entire time. Moral of the story. Only order doordash/uber eats at Woos.
Me and my girlfriend went to eat here and ordered and when they came out with the food it was not what we ordered and then proceeded to argue with me and said I did order that and wouldn't fix the mistake so I had to order something on top of that. The customer is not right in this restaurant. The food is good but every time I have came she has been hostile.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The customer service was terrible, it’s kinda hard to mess up a simple sushi roll & somehow they did. They tried charging me 2$ for a 2 oz mini cup of spicy mayo. It’s a hard no for me.
