The food was hot or miss.
I was craving French fries and they didn't disappoint! Bought a tub of onion rings as well 😁
It's been over 10 years because I moved to Seattle and when I got into a location that had zips I had to stop and get me a Papa Joe but it has been a minute cuz I wanted the big zipper and I end up getting a Wrangler but that was still good too... PS because Seattle don't have a zips
best bacon burger!
Uncleanly as hell but delicious!
No seats for bigger people
Always a banger. They are very generous with the fry sauce and that alone makes it a favorite spot to go to. Everything I've tried here has been great

Food was satisfactory but the customer service was TERRIBLE. The staff were teens, and were rude and arguing with each other. Dining tables were moderately clean but not as we remembered in the past. Horne better staff, please!!

Food and staff are top-notch. Went back for a second order to take home, and again, the service staff is great. Food is a staple when we come to town and we are never disappointed. The only issue is that the booth seats appear to be from the original 1960 period.

So disappointing. Horribly run down, from the yellow duct tape trying to patch the worn, yellow bench seats, sticky worn polyurethane tabletops, nasty old flooring, and the vent that was right over my table that was black with grease and dirt. The smell of grease permeated the air, but I desperately wanted the fish, chips and famous tartar sauce that I remembered from when I was young....I tried to ignore everything I was seeing and smelling. I went ahead and ordered. I first dipped a fry into the tartar sauce and the flavor brought back all the food memories of Zip's from my past!! That was the last good bite. The fish. Horrible. Tasted like they had cooked it and then tried to re-heat it by throwing it back in the fryer. I must have grabbed the only good fry on my 1st try, as the rest were limp and, well, gross. The tartar sauce is still the bomb though! Anyway, I tossed the whole thing in the trash and had to brush the taste out of my mouth as soon as I got home. The whole place just needs gutted and rebuilt.
