zips Richland Lee Blvd. Placed our order in drive thru. We ordered a combo, a PJ lg fry. The clerk repeated our order back to us. We had to ask at the window for our drink. When we got home. we were missing our lg fry. I called to inform them and I was told that the person that took our order was probably u Der a lot of pressure. They were not busy, no cars in parking lot and we were the only car in drive thru. Zips attitude was that they just didn't care. No offer to fix our order. And the burgers were barely warm and the one order of fries we got with our combo the fries were cold and soggy.. Horrible attitude. Horrible service. and substandard food.

They r usually pretty good but tonight I went and got a big zipper and Orion rings zipper had a funny taste to it the meat tasted like it was thrown into the microwave rubbery and the rings burnt hard crust I had BK rings today and they was so much better then the ones I got tonight I could only stomach about half of the zipper that and two shacks was 25 bucks I won’t be going back there again

Burgers in here are just plain boring. The food was served barely warm. I've been here twice to give them a second chance but I was correct. This place is a bomb. I not would eat another burger from this place if they were FREE. Food was lacking any flavor, pickles were mushy with a terrible texture and the buns even taste stale and outdated. Zero stars. 0/10. Not worth the stop.

The employees are nice and let me just chill in the building even if I don’t buy anything, when it’s cold out. The food is cheap, and heart warming, not the highest quality, but it’s better than McDonald’s and cheaper.Kid-friendliness: Their chill

I've enjoyed Zip's in Tri-Cities, since the 70's, especially in Richland and Cable Bridge Zip's ??
I have always loved zips and haven't had a complaint yet but half of my burger patty is exposed! Like do you really want to get a burger just to open it up and the bun is so squished the patty is exposed.... the bun was also soggy. Thanks.

I was here dinning in and over heard the manager I believe they said her name was carol yelling at her employees I felt embarrassed for them. So disrespectful. I would NOT work under her wing. Someone should come and do a secret employee thing there from the company so they can see how she treats employees when they’re not around.

I don’t understand why the tables are constantly sticky. I’ve been coming in here for 40 years, and in last 5 or so I’ve noticed it a lot more. It’s gross and you have to request a tray. Thank god they have
