Ordered 4pc fish with fries, cheeseburger and 2 ice waters. Fish was good. Single Cheeseburger was $5.49. Little disappointed they charged $.93 each water without letting us know. I feel like they shouldn't have told us the charge for tap water when we ordered.

The burger is so unbelievably thin. The bun is 4 times as thick as the patty. The saddest cheeseburger I’ve ever been served. A complete waste of $30 for two cheeseburger meals. Unbelievable that this is acceptable to them. Our family use to love Zips but we don’t remember it being this terrible.
Like the food the prices are high but.. I will return

Took forever to get help. The lady didn’t seem like she even wanted to be taking my order. Got my order wrong because she wasn’t actively listening. Asked for 5 cheeseburgers and a tub of fries. Got 5 hamburgers and a tub of fries. And when we called the lady stated it was her bad and she put it in wrong and said we can bring back the burgers but there would be an extra 2 dollar charge. Mildly irritated because it was their mistake and it is incredibly inconvenient to have to go back, however I went there with the 2 dollars and to get what I originally ordered. Upon arrival the manager informed us we actually owed 5.71. That’s when I got extremely irritated because the cheeseburgers are only 2 dollars more and she tried to argue the woman who took our order didn’t put the fries on there. I had the receipt I PAID for them! And I argued that was wrong. Her response was she didn’t even have to fix our order. What?? In the end we actually only owed 72 cents. They OVER charged us and tried to charge us more. I’ve worked in fast food. When you mess up an order and someone brings it back you redo it and send them on their way. You don’t sit there and argue and in the end turns out you were wrong and trying to UP CHARGE your costumers. Horrible way to run a business!

Everything is great but the time to wait for your food takes quite a bit of time but that's because they make it from scratch.

I hope to come off as unbiased; a couple things:
1.) I ordered a large cheddar tots ($6.49 or something like that) and the bag was half full. Like, they literally laid the bag on its side and spread the tots out to make it look like there were more than there were. The amount would have certainly fit in a small bag. It was really disappointing, and I felt like they were gambling on skimping because the impetus to be confrontational about it was on me.
2.) I like to stop in here after the gym and get some tasty food, and I eat in. I don’t know why, but the employees are always aloof. I sat in the corner next to the brick wall (out of the line of sight of the front counter) so I could watch tv while I ate, and they came around the corner and peered at me three times. I waited after finishing my food to see if they would come size me up again, and sure enough they did. It was kind of comical, this woman would poke her head around the corner and sneak a glance at me super quick like she didn’t want me to notice, turn 180°, wipe the same corner of the same table she wiped last time she came to “check on” me, and would walk off. Incredibly odd and off-putting, I don’t know who she thought she was fooling.
I will likely eat here again, but I will be confrontational if treated like a someone up to no good, or am served a fraction of what I pay for again.

Be aware the price you are charged on the receipt doesn't match the prices on the menu. For example the papa Joe should be $6.99 and they will charge you $7.27 a cheeseburger should be $5.49 and they will charge you $5.71.

Always busy but always worth it! My favorite place to go for burgers and shakes. There is nothing that compares and the food is always fresh and made exactly as my picky butt asks for it.

I went to zips for the first time in five years and it was pretty much the same. Great food, great service and decent prices, considering the portions. The facility could use an update, but it’s all good. I’m just thankful they kept their good tartar sauce, not the sweet stuff that some restaurants have switched to. I don’t get it, it’s not tarter sauce if it’s sweet.

Zips is a classic! Great menu that has survived the years! Good quality bun. The Salad Burger should have been salted but was delicious. Tots very slightly undercooked. Tartar sauce seemed a bit salty but still good. Drive thru was pretty fast. I will come again.

Double check your receipts with prices, they over charge for for items, as their menu isn't updated, and refuse to pay back the difference.
Service was prompt and accurate. Food was better than expected. They have a great diner style burger and food. Also the dairy free milkshakes are delicious. And I'm told they have amazing fried mushrooms.
