Carts By The Park is a fun little spot in Ridgefield featuring multiple food trucks. The food is made to order but served hot and delicious without a long wait. The Chorizo and Egg burrito is super tasty, best enjoyed with the orange salsa/sauce. The Hawaiian poke bowl is delicious and fresh, and the boba tea is a favorite. The fish tacos are some of the best, with super fresh fish and light crispy breading. Poca Pasta offers an Arrabbiata with chicken that is cooked to perfection, juicy, and easily torn apart, while the Alfredo with tofu is also a hit. The seating area is cute and not too busy during lunch hours. All the trucks are so good it is difficult to choose what to order, and the bbq truck is reportedly amazing too.
