Very tasty sandwiches here. Loved the special Ruben with the outstanding tomato bisque. Also the Gunman melt sandwich is recommended. Elk chill is chill cookoff winner quality IMO. Great wine selections and some craft beers as well. Last but by no means least was the service. Very friendly and welcoming people here. Felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended place for a outstanding sandwich, soup or salad.
Warm and cozy little wine bistro just off the freeway in Ridgefield. They have a great soup and salad offerings, along with a handful of soup. Service was good. Not super attentive but I did get my second glass of wine so I left happy. Try the turkey avocado club or hipster. Leave some room for dessert. Not a wine fan? They have a short list of beer and cider.
My family loves to come to Fuel, and we do go almost weekly. We have always had the best service and the food has always been AMAZING! We eagerly wait to hear what their daily specials are, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is our standard order. I love the elk chili and the meat & cheese tray.
