Love this Subway!
I was helped by an employee here on Tuesday night around 10:30. He was extremely helpful, really friendly and kind to me. I wish every restaurant had awesome people like him!

Some customers have been deterred by this issue, and a solution would be welcome. Additionally, there are some concerns about the hot working conditions for employees.
