Bruchi's Cheesesteaks & Subs is a local favorite for amazing food and genuinely wonderful people. The food is great, with delicious cheesesteaks like the Bacon Cheddar Cheesesteak, where the bread is fresh, soft and airy, and the meat literally melts in the mouth. Other menu items include the Malibu sandwich, chicken strips, fries, coconut shrimp, and the pepper steak with onions, jalapeños and pepperoncinis. Their fries are battered, super crispy and delicious. The service is always warm, friendly, and on top of things. Every visit feels consistent, delicious, and welcoming. The staff is always so nice. This is one of the last Bruchi's left in Vancouver, Washington. The owner pours her heart into this business, built on quality, kindness, and real passion.
