Planet Thai is one of my favorite places to go, especially for Thai food. Today I ordered Volcano Chicken. Now it's on the menu as Volcano Beef. The waitress who was terrific in every other aspect mistook what I ordered so I got the Volcano Beef instead of chicken which is a substitution request for me. Planet Thai is the go to restaurant for the best Thai food in Vancouver, Washington. They have a heavenly menu providing appetizers; soup and salad; stir-fry; curry; fried rice and noodles; specialities, e.g., Salmon. Their staff is unfailingly polite when I have dined in as well as when I ordered take out.
