Planet Thai is one of my favorite places to go, especially for Thai food. Today I ordered Volcano Chicken. Now it's on the menu as Volcano Beef. The waitress who was terrific in every other aspect mistook what I ordered so I got the Volcano Beef instead of chicken which is a substitution request for me.
