I swear to everything I love … Handpicked Winners. Another $1800 down the drain . That is total of $60k in last 7 years not even 1 winner . Everyone else around me wins , Same Bets Same Game !!! wtf 🤬 am I doing wrong . ( I am Local ). The guy that walks around for $1k cash in your hands. He stared at me shrugg his shoulders and went to the next person by me !!!

Kevin, the VIP host is horrible at customer service and doesn't care about VIP members. He is a horrible representative of the Ilani and needs to be trained on how to handle customers. What an embarrassment to the establishment. Do better!

Do not go here! Machines very tight. VIP players at Titanium level not treated or rewarded like it. Spirit Mountain in Oregon and other casinos in Washington are much nicer to play at.

The casino is beautiful, the slots are ok, now about the Cowlitz ballroom…..we went to see the Lalas on 3/15. The rows of seats were dismal. They could not have been more than 7 inches wide and were locked together so when I began to have a heart incident I had to fight to get out of the place to get help. The staff was nice and very helpful but I was close to a major heart attack. Im recovering but feel the need to point out that the next incident that happens in that place might be a true disaster. People cannot move freely between those tight rows. My group could not sit together because on the size of the tiny seats. Im surprised the fire marshal allowed this ballroom to pass inspection.

Ilani's new management company is leaving so many people without jobs. Firing people left and right to "downsize." Why? They are greedy! Good job! 👏🏻

Ilani lies and is fraudulent with their point system. My husband and I only play slots. We make sure our reward card registers every time. We are normally at the casino for 5 hours and go at least 2x per month. I find it funny that the host tells us we both played for an even 2 hours each visit, lies! They give rewards to me that they don't give my husband. We always go together and he often spends more than me. They have poor customer service. The lines for everything are always long. The bathrooms are very dirty (urine on the floor in all the men's bathrooms). The staff look miserable. Many of the slots are broken or out of service. The hotel rates are outrageous and the comps are ridiculous. This is the worst casino we have ever been too, and we visit Vegas a few times a year and frequent casinos in Oregon. Take your money to Spirit Mountain or Vegas. A round trip ticket to Vegas from Portland is cheaper than Ilani's room rates. Shame on you Ilani. You need to step up your game and remember who puts you in business, your CUSTOMERS!!!

I'm a frequent flyer, as well as a proud titanium member at ilani. I frequently stay at the hotel on average of six times a month. I've eaten at the i.talia on several occasions. Most recently I've had an issue with the service. One of the workers is rude for absolutely no reason. I'm the type to give everyone a second and sometimes a third chance. We all have bad days. Unfortunately my hand is forced to write a review. On the 9th of February I ordered my usual sandwich with chips. After eating half the sandwich, the other had a clear amount of what I believe to be grit/sandy substance on the lettuce. I took in to show the young lady who immediately stated. I've had a problem with you before complaining. Confused as to who she was talking about, as I didn't complain the last time she was rude. She was quick to state her lettuce is always clean. I requested to speak with someone who at least would be understanding. To sum it up. I was able to locate a manager who apologized for her behavior. I'll never eat at the i.talia again.
