viet pho was hot and perfect. pho needs to be hot and this place makes it hot (not spicy, but steamy hot). longhouse restaurant near here should try to make it hot as this place. longhouse pho is alright. wish it were hot
Really good food for a casino. Pricing ok too
Katie and Truc were phenomenal. Truc is the Vietnamese chef, when we got here they were low on Pho, but we were able to get a couple of the lat servings. She personally came out and made sure that the quality was up to parr and it exceeded expectations. The pho broth was clean, flavorful and incredibly light without compromising on flavor.
