Julee's Kimchi
A traditional Korean side dish (the pickle of Korea). Napa cabbage mixed with Korean pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and seasonings. My lovely Korean mother's recipe. Many health benefits include gut health, benefits from garlic, and ginger. Eat with white rice for a simple and healthy addition.

If you’ve never been to Ichi Teriyaki 30, it will quickly become a staple once you try it. The teriyaki chicken is amazing — well-marinated, perfectly grilled, and consistent every time. While you’re there, be sure to ask about the short ribs too; they’re a great option if you want to switch things up from the usual teriyaki order.

One tip: make sure to get an extra toasted — it makes a noticeable difference...

I am trying to be generous. Standard issue teriyaki. Large portions, good quality. The pad Thai was SO gross. Tasted like someone cooked it in the same pan as the teriyaki chicken. Please don’t make a dish you don’t know how to make properly. Vegetable rolls were great. Soup was fresh. Whatever.
