I don't typically find poblano breakfast burritos offered. The poblano breakfast burrito is the perfect alternative to a meatless breakfast burrito. I typically find that other establishments that offer breakfast burritos only include egg, potato and cheese and maybe some type of sauce so the poblanos are an excellent addition for a tasty breakfast burrito without meat and all the flavor. La Catrina offers a DELICIOUS poblano breakfast burrito. The burrito includes a generous amount of poblano peppers, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. It pairs well with their green salsa! This is my go to for breakfast burritos. we've tried other items on their menu and everything has been amazing , especially the nachos! I just wish they'd open earlier for breakfast Give them a try!!! They never disappoint!!!
