The casino is beautiful, the slots are ok, now about the Cowlitz ballroom…..we went to see the Lalas on 3/15. The rows of seats were dismal. They could not have been more than 7 inches wide and were locked together so when I began to have a heart incident I had to fight to get out of the place to get help. The staff was nice and very helpful but I was close to a major heart attack. Im recovering but feel the need to point out that the next incident that happens in that place might be a true disaster. People cannot move freely between those tight rows. My group could not sit together because on the size of the tiny seats. Im surprised the fire marshal allowed this ballroom to pass inspection.

Ilani's new management company is leaving so many people without jobs. Firing people left and right to "downsize." Why? They are greedy! Good job! 👏🏻

Ilani lies and is fraudulent with their point system. My husband and I only play slots. We make sure our reward card registers every time. We are normally at the casino for 5 hours and go at least 2x per month. I find it funny that the host tells us we both played for an even 2 hours each visit, lies! They give rewards to me that they don't give my husband. We always go together and he often spends more than me. They have poor customer service. The lines for everything are always long. The bathrooms are very dirty (urine on the floor in all the men's bathrooms). The staff look miserable. Many of the slots are broken or out of service. The hotel rates are outrageous and the comps are ridiculous. This is the worst casino we have ever been too, and we visit Vegas a few times a year and frequent casinos in Oregon. Take your money to Spirit Mountain or Vegas. A round trip ticket to Vegas from Portland is cheaper than Ilani's room rates. Shame on you Ilani. You need to step up your game and remember who puts you in business, your CUSTOMERS!!!

I recently visited the 360 bar at the casino and had an amazing experience thanks to Nick, the bartender! From the moment I sat down, he was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home.
Nick took the time to suggest a couple of their specialty cocktails, and wow, were they incredible! His recommendations really hit the spot and made my evening even more enjoyable.
I’ve always loved this casino, especially with how generous the slot machines have been to me over the last few months! The atmosphere at the 360 bar, combined with Nick’s top-notch service, made for an unforgettable night. If you’re ever at the casino, make sure to stop by and see Nick – you won’t be disappointed!

Chris was our bartender & server as we were sitting at the bar. He was fantastic. He made suggestions for food and drinks, they were delicious. He made us 6 drinks. They were all great!
Excellent across the board! The Pork Shumai is my favorite, but everything we had was delicious. Definitely a great choice for dining out while at the casino!

Saturday night. Hour long wait for 2 people. Over 8 tables open for 2 with empty seats at the bar. I asked the host (who was very polite and professional) why it was such a long wait with so many seats open and he said because they are waiting on people they have texted who may or may not show up. Do they not time limit groups to get to their table? I watched 6 sets of 2 people get turned away with an hour wait when they could have been seated right away. Meanwhile I saw none of these 2 person tables filled in the 20 minutes of waiting before we called it quits. Casino needs to address this terrible experience.
Why thr bad review? I ordered sushi with soy paper, because while I live sushi I am ALLERGIC to seaweed so I have to make do. I ordered the ilani sushi rolls very clearly said I am allergic to seaweed. They brought roll, I stupidly assumed they listened, ate one...seaweed. had allergies reaction...stomach issue, breathing issue, and itchy throat. They offered to remake it since they screwed up...charged me for both! That's right they charged me for the roll that they screwed up on AND the one they offered to remake. I was going to have something else..but then they came back and now they can make it the way they were suppose to. I have bee. To many places that accidently screwed up.my order and have never charged me for their screw up.

Ramen was a little bland and slightly burnt: it got less bland as I got further into the bowl, but some of the noodles were cooked together in a gross clump like when you don't stir your spaghetti. At the end of the bowl I found some specks of char, which is probably why it seemed a little gravelly right at the end.
I was looking for ramen and went here because it looked like a good balance of distance from me and authenticity. Only then found out that it was inside Ilani, which is probably where the price tag comes from. That's a little bit of an issue as it makes it pretty noisy and there's a lot of flashing lights.
Parking: We parked in the truck lot a ways away across the street.

This is a complaint about Brit the supervisor in the bar area by Rock n Brew.
We visited ilani and stopped by a bar by rock and brew. The first two rounds were fine using our gift card given to us by a friend, but during the third round, the bartender misplaced our gift card, which we intended to use for payment. Despite searching for it with no success, the bartender took my husband to guest services, where they were unable to replace the card and recommends the bartender to continue to search her area. After a prolonged search (30mins later), the bartender offered to pay for it herself, but I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. The bartender relay the message that the supervisor claimed she couldn't do anything about it, and I expressed my frustration. The supervisor, Brit never once came out once during this incident. She finally walked out casually pass us and my sister waved her down. We asked her what she's going to do about it or look on their cctv where the gift card went. She replied she can't do anything and demanded we calm down. I express frustration and anger, like we were suppose to just okay for the bartender to lose our gift card and go on with our day. She ran off because she couldnt handle what we were telling her and went to call security. Miraculously the bartender found the gift card behind the bar in the trash bin??? We left our drinks and demanded our gift card back and left the establishment.
This happened on 7/15 around 8pm. This was so poorly handled by "supervisor" Brit and surprised no one could look at cctv! Not a single person asked questions to understand where the gift card dissappear to. It is so sketch! Would not dare to step back in there again.
