I have, genuinely, never had a bad experience here. The food is delicious, and the staff are very kind and thoughtful.

I’ve got allergies that they’re very mindful of

They run an actual business there and they fix any mistakes they make immediately (and they don’t make mistakes often)

Their creamy mashed potatoes are delicious, and enough to give quite a few ppl each a serving.

We’ve all gone here (family and I) for a while now. 10/10.

What was meant to be a celebration, turned into a slap in the face…

Timeline:
6:20pm - arrived and entered out name, and phone number. Was informed a 35+ min wait since we did not have a reservation, and possibly longer since we requested a booth.

7:00pm - checked on time. They said 1 party in front of us and we were next.

7:30pm - checked again, and were told that our name was “canceled”, but they could add us back and give us a seat in the bar. We then asked to NOT be placed in the bar, and asked for the booth… you know, because it’s a nice restaurant and we’d like to enjoy good food in a comfortable spot.

7:35pm - manager denied the request, and said that the booths and restaurant is for reservations ONLY, and that walk-ins only get the bar. Completely different than what we were told and promised an hour prior.

7:40pm - we take the seat in the bar because we wanted to celebrate… 10 mins passed and not one person came to greet us. We then opted to leave. As we were leaving, we then get a text saying our table is ready……

Not only were we celebrating a huge milestone, but also a multi million dollar deal. We had many other options to choose from and this was our number one choice. To say that we are frustrated and disappointed, is a complete understatement. The management here should be ashamed… the last several times here, we easily spend over $1k on the bill. Tonight likely wouldn’t have been different…

Amazing spot. Only 4 stars because..... they dont have a Chicago Handshake. (MALORT FTW) Michael would be sad to see this. Repeat the 3-peat!!! OG 312. Would recommend 100%.

Dining at Michael Jordan Steakhouse was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between upscale sophistication and welcoming comfort from our stunning waitress.

But the true star of the evening? The Filet Mignon.
Perfectly cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the filet was tender beyond belief—each bite melting effortlessly with rich, buttery texture. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural flavor of the high-quality beef without overpowering it. It was clear this wasn’t just a steak; it was a masterfully prepared cut that reflected true culinary craftsmanship.
The accompanying sides and wine pairings were thoughtfully curated, but the filet stood above everything as a clear centerpiece. Whether you’re a seasoned steak enthusiast or just looking to treat yourself to something special, the Filet Mignon at Michael Jordan Steakhouse is a must-try. Absolutely five stars.

We had an amazing experience and the staff are fantastic. Every food item was delicious. Our table shared several items and we highly recommend it for the option to try more of the menu. I'm surprised more people aren't aware of this restaurant as it is definitely worth a trip to get there if you aren't local.

Great experience went for husband birthday got the tomahawk for 2 deal great job on food was excellent the waiter boxed up our dessert and leftovers. Brought out a birthday dessert for husband with a signed birthday card from staff! Wonderful touch to a very pleasant evening!

First time being seated in the far back dining room, which was very quiet. The front room was very noisy due to live music. The music was nice, but very loud. We enjoyed out Surf & Turf for two. Steak was perfect, mashed potatoes too. Service was expert level. Always a good time at Michael Jordan's.

We always come back to this restaurant for special occasions. It's worth celebrating with great steak, seafood, cocktails & local brewed beer. They have a good selection of wine. Salads are fresh, French onion soup's one of our favorites. Cheesecake for dessert is always a bonus! Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for family and friends.

Took our nephew for his 21st bday and was an incredible experience!! The staff went above and beyond!! Highly recommend it!!

Surf and Turf special for $110. Nice ambiance and great food. The wait staff was even better.

Everything was excellent. Went for husband's 50the birthday shared the coffee rubbed tomahawk Everything was really good. The scallops as a $14 add on were over priced. We got only 2 medium sized scallops. Also ordered mashed potatoes potatoes and corn it was all excellent and felt special
