Absolutely Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money This was honestly one of the most disappointing steakhouse experiences we've ever had. We ordered the 34oz porterhouse medium, and it came out burnt on the outside—like beef jerky for at least a quarter inch—yet still pretty raw in the center. It was extremely over-salted and just tasted bad. We also ordered the dinner platter, which was just as awful. That steak was supposed to be medium-rare but was chewy, over-salted, and unpleasant. The boneless BBQ rib was burnt and tasted like something that came out of a crockpot—more like dog food than BBQ. The mac and cheese had no flavor at all. The shrimp were okay, but the sauce on them was terrible. Sadly, the best thing on the table was the French fries. We also ordered a bottle of 2019 wine, but they brought us a 2022. When I mentioned it, the waitress said they “haven't updated the menu” — which is unbelievable for a place charging these prices. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of money. We couldn't eat most of what was served, felt hungry when we left, and immediately went to buy snacks afterward. I would never return, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We are regular customers at Michael Jordan's Stesk House at Ilani. Last night 11/20 we received the worst service we have ever received there. Our waitress Alexis P. took forever to welcome us and take our order. Our drinks came after our salads were delivered (which took along time). It took quite awhile to get our food. Alexis never offered to refill our drinks. We commented that we did not like the bowls our wedge salads were served in, and she said “it's a corporate thing”. This needs to be reconsidered. It's very hard to eat a wedge salad out of a bowl! We also had to wait quite a long time for our check, and eventually asked a hostess to find our server so we could pay and leave, The food was great, but the service was very sub par! I stopped and voiced our dissatisfaction to the manager April, and I feel like our comments fell on deaf ears. The service should be much better at this restaurant.

We got the tomahawk Tuesday deal for 2. The steak was mediocre at best. It was tough and no flavor. The shrimp was amazing as was the cheesecake. The fries were mushy and the asparagus was over cooked. The service was amazing. Really hoped for great steak but not so much.

MJ's met our expectations. We were very pleased with our meal, service and ambiance. The piano player's play list was wonderful.

Sunday Feast deal was an awesome value, the service was amazing to be expected, and the food was delicious! Definitely coming back! Side portions were decently priced and portioned. Steaks were cooked to perfect temps, flavors were complimenting.

Service was great, food was great. The only thing that could be a little better is the lobster on their legendary platters, had those platters a few times now and the lobsters are pretty tiny and cold each time they are on there.

My husbands steak per him tasted too salty. We ordered a corn on cob side dish, that didn't taste as good as we've had in the past. And the Caesar salad had an extra amount of dressing that we hoped we could've had extra cut up Roman pieces to soak up the extra dressing that was added on. But I did request my steak to get redone since it did not look right. It was better 2nd time.

Great Food! Great Service.! The front of the house seems a little noisy, but we just haven't be sitting right by the piano player. It was a little loud for us. Next time I request in the back. But the food and the service with a 10+

We took advantage of their "Friday" weekly special "surf and turf". This was so worth it. The value of what you got for 2 people was a perfect amount and the cost was also well worth it. If one was to buy this dinner off regular menu, it would have been way more.

Went there for a birthday celebration. The staff was very friendly and timely. The Friday surf and turf was more than enough food for two people.

Kathy was great, we always ask for her section. I was very dissapointed that we could not bring in our own wine and pay a cockarge fee. Silly

21st Anniversary dinner on a Thursday night. Service was amazing, attentive, friendly, respectful, engaged but not bothersome. Drinks were great. Food (Garlic Bread, Meat Balls, Medium 10oz filet, and Lobster Mac n Cheese) were delicious; perfectly cooked and plentiful. We had an amazing dinner and will be back! Shout out to our waitress, Heidi! We would want her section next time!!

Food was wonderful! Shrimp cocktail is a must and the lobster Mac and Cheese! Service was great as well,very nice staff all around!
