Ate there for lunch today. It was so good. Had the smoke pulled pork sandwiches on ciabatta bread, and tried some smoked carrots, Texas Twinkies and a bit of brisket. The owners are so passionate about the quality of their food. Loved it all

We loved the 15-hour brisket, Kahlua pulled pork & apple-slaw + thought the smoked carrots w/aioli & Gouda Mac & cheese were inventive & on point.

Wife and I decided to try the nest food cart in downtown Ridgefield.. We both ordered the fish and chips. Wow!, we were pleasantly surprised at the 2 very nice size pieces of fish. Fantastic fish and chips and coleslaw. I think we found our new go too for some very good fish and chips! We will be trying other foods also soon.
