Best Starbucks experience ever. Manager and employees are amazing. Made such an effort to talk with customers and make sure we didn’t need anything. My girlfriend Laura and I sat chatting for hours and they came around more than once to be sure we were ok. Thank you so much for caring about us. She gave me her name, but I am so bad with names so sorry. She is from Tacoma and she used to work at Ulta.

I have never had an issue before at this location. However, this time they made my $7 coffee order incorrectly, I went back through the drive thru and instead of apologizing for their mistake, they were obviously looking into my car and at my passengers as they accused me of smoking in my car as I went through the drive thru the first time, which I was not.

Friendly staff and they are welcoming, i slep in there parking lot and used there wifi to work without ordering anything but they never said anything and showed me good smile on there faces - finally ordered my coffee and snacks and left thanking them - you should visit this place for sure - thank u

I stop by this Starbucks every couple of weeks, and I’m consistently impressed—not just by how perfectly they nail my complicated drink order, but by the genuinely amazing customer service. Siena, one of the team members, made a lasting impression. My wife and I met her once, and she took the time to ask about our day and really listened. Two months later, I walked in and she remembered everything we’d shared—no prompting needed—and followed up like an old friend. She’s absolutely crushing it. Very clean place but one bathroom was closed making it a little bit of a wait.
No real interaction with most of the employees who were just in their own little world, but the one mid twenties girl with brown hair and highlights was amazing. She was so friendly with every customer and was greeting and thanking everyone who was coming in. With a genuine smile which was nice to see. You guys need to hire 20 copies of her!

I caught wind that another customer was here celebrating his birthday because he loves Starbucks. I casually mentioned this to an employee and suggested maybe giving him a cake pop for his birthday. Most restaurants like to do something for guests like this. But here, they just kept cleaning the restaurant and let him and his family walk out the door 10 minutes or so after I'd mentioned this. Pretty sad when a stranger tries to get something nice going for another stranger in a multi billion dollar company but they decided they didn't want to spare $3.45 retail at a business cost of probably like 50 cents lol. That's a fail in my book

Nice Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is tucked away from traffic. So it is good for quiet conversation. Music is played outside but does not interfere with conversation. Very friendly servers!
