I'm not happy, was there yesterday because I like their street tacos.a to go order,it was really good.then ya screw up today on my Togo order. I ordered chips and queso and chips guacamole. I got home and had 2 guacamole and chips. Very unhappy today,when you only order two things,come on.i was the only one in line,gave a tip.i was the only person in line,your tables were empty,two people working. Don't get it,send me a voucher for food please,

Tried for the first time (8pm, 05/12/25). The two ladies at the counter were very attentive and sweet. I got the carnitas street tacos and they were so flavor and a good portion of meat in each taco. I’m definitely coming back. Please keep in mind this is a huge place with hundreds of people… be KIND and be PATIENT.

The service was friendly and efficient though they weren't busy and had plenty of staff. The beef taco was probably the worst thing we've had at Ilani though. The spiced tofu was better! The pico was good. I feel like the price should be lower for the quality and portion of food. The tacos are on the small side.

Tacos were actually pretty good, but besides that employees just sit around, even though they should be preparing orders.
This place needs to be replaced with a restaurant that actually aims to serve good, quality food. Seriously so disappointing to see so people unknowingly waste their money here. Nothing is fresh and the food has no flavor

Got a burrito and it fell apart after one bite! Tried to let them know how to wrap a burrito and one of the girls says I didn’t make it ! As I was going to say well tell the person and she cut me off by saying your being rude!! Bye. have a nice day then walks off ?♂️. Yeah maybe I came off wrong? But this girl needs some extra customer service skills for sure, I feel if you work at a Mexican restaurant you definitely need to be able to wrap a burrito. Definitely won’t be going back, also letting people I know don’t waist your time there definitely not worth it . HAVE A NICE DAY…

This place is located inside Ilani. We stopped by for a quick meal before heading home. The food here is ok and comes out pretty quick. I ordered the carnitas salad, tacos, and chips and queso. The quality of food is medicore, but the portions are generous. The queso was a bit runny. Overall, if you need to fill up at a reasonable cost, this place does that.
