Carl's Jr at this Ritzville location is great. They went above and beyond. Large fried turned out to be extra large and two piece chicken tenders turned out to be 5 piece. The people were great who served us as well. All in positive

I stopped at this Carl's Jr. on one of my frequent trips between Seattle and Missoula. A few years ago I would eat at Carl's Jr. on a consistent basis. I remember what their food used to be like. I ordered two big burgers and I also remember what they used to be like as well. They also used to be affordably priced. Back then the big burger was actually big. When I got my bag of food at the drive-thru I wondered why the bag was so light. I thought maybe they forgot one of my burgers. There were two burgers in there but they were slightly bigger than a McDonalds regular hamburger. They were a fraction of the size they use to be. Also the price was ridiculous for what I got, even accounting for inflation. It was over $11.00. I will absolutely never, ever eat at any Carl's Jr. again. Never.
We stopped in for a quick bite to eat as we were traveling. Ordered some items and they were having to wait for the fryer oil to heat up. They were so concerned that they gave us a shake while we were waiting. Then, as time went on, still waiting for food. Manager came to us and apologized for the wait and kindly refunded our bill. So refreshing to go somewhere that is genuinely concerned about service. Thank you!
