Friday, Aug 7 around 11pm Ritzville Wa. The gentleman cashiering may have been young but he understood the concept of good customer service. His willingness to assist was sincere and his repeated use of my first name once he knew it was refreshing. Im sorry I didn't catch his name but hopefully I gave enough detail to identify him.

We came at a time when they were absolutely slammed and they kicked ass. They got the food out quickly, correctly, and piping hot. Can't ask for anything better. Thank you to Stephanie and Tasha for being such active managers!

Julia was outstanding. She found my wallet which I had left there and then mailed it to me. Her actions saved me so much stress, as I was moving out of state and didn’t want to deal with losing my wallet for the first time. Her mailing my wallet was a very kind action, which I really appreciate and believe she should be rewarded for!
